Cooper was our Service Tech. Efficiently kept me informed as to when he would arrive and arrived right on time. Checked the A/C unit and what he needed to in the furnace. Very polite and knowledge!

Hunter was wonderful! Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and checked all working parts. I would ask for him by name if I need service again.

These folks are real pros and are highly accommodating. Our aging furnace was given new life thanks to these guys. Their techs are highly knowledgeable and stand up professionals. The whole process was an easy service experience.

Serviceman was here when he was being trained and at that time was confident knowledgeable and personable. Here we are months later and he is everything I have expected and received from Air Pro in the past. They replaced my heating and air conditioning and I wouldn’t have anyone else. Eric contacted me this morning, told me he would be here between 12 &2 He arrived at around 1 and got right to work in replacing the broken part on the humidifier. As he was fixing that found another part not woking properly and that also was replaced with a new part. Before leaving he ensured all was in working oder and requested I check the drain area several days to ensure water was draining properly. As before, Eric was very courteous and professional. Thank you for the great service!

I have been using Air Pro since they installed our air conditioner. The service technician did a great job of letting know when to expect him, when he was on his way and when he arrived. He did his inspection and made sure the air conditioner was functioning properly.

My Service Pro was Great! He took the time to show me how to check my furnace filter and how to install a new one. He told me my furnace was doing an excellent job and to schedule a visit for spring to check the AC unit. These guys are the Best, I'm so glad I went with AirPro for my new HVAC system.

I have had Air Pro do my Fall furnace and Spring AC check up for the past 8 years. They are always on time, friendly, efficient and thorough. Eric just finished the Fall inspection and did a great job. He explained everything that he did and showed me the results of his inspection. I would definitely recommend Air Pro.

The technicians that have come out to help us were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Any questions were answered. They allowed me to record what they were saying, so that my husband could hear since he was traveling. The office team help explain in more detailing about the quote, in addition to emailing us a broken down estimate.

We experienced a main switch failure just after our inspection and Hunter promptly returned my call after hours, helped me trouble shoot, and then showed up the next morning to install a new switch. Thanks for the great service!

Great experience with Air Pro today. I called them out for a pre-diagnosed issue - and the technician was super - addressed the issue quickly and professionally at ~ 1/2 the cost of one of the large regional HVAC companies. Highly recommended !

The technicians arrived on time and replaced my A/C & Furnace over the estimated 2 days. They made the installation of the associated piping look good (as good as piping can look anyway). They took the time to do everything right; no shortcuts. Much appreciated and would have them back anytime for future A/C needs.

UPDATE: Still working perfectly after several months. Heat is working great. I had them install a humidifier which has helped with the humidity levels in my home. This will help make the house warmer as well as help with our general health.

Air Pro is who my warranty company connected me with when my furnace went. Air Pro is top knotch! Matthew and every other professional that has been here has been very helpful, kind, and professional! The owner is a hoot and the appointment professionals are also very helpful and kind. I will be using Air Pro regardless of my home warranty situation from now on! Reliable, dependable, affordable which is a hidden gem in that industry it seems! They put my mind at ease and also do the routine maintenance! Very grateful for this company!

Hunter and Air Pro H&C are great. Hunter refilled my AC unit, changed my filter, and cleaned my coils. He also replaced a missing cap on my AC unit. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. Air is running cold now. My neighbor's AC fan ceased and Hunter noticed and shut it off to avoid damage to their compressor. They were extremely grateful! Been using Air Pro for 20 years and my grandparents used them before that. Great company! Will call them again for sure!

We just used Airpro for the second time today, and I'm truly glad companies like them exist. We had our boiler go out and called two places, the first tried to take complete advantage of us telling us we completely needed a new system. Airpro took their time to work out the issues and was able to fix our system easily. Everyone that I spoke to and interacted with was kind, respectful, and honest. They are now our go to for any HVAC repairs.

Air pro did a fantastic job installing my new a/c and furnace. Jake, Peyton and Tyler S were real professionals and worked extremely hard all day.
The owner Rocco was extremely nice to work with and talk to.. He always called to provide updates on setup and installation.
I would 100 percent recommend Air Pro to anyone if need of a/c and Furnace issues.

Air Pro staff were very professional. They came early but notified us they were ahead of schedule. The staff cleaned up after his work and suggested we order a new furnace filter in 3 mo as we take care of replacing filters. Very happy with the work done.
