I hired Sof company to build a deck off the back of my house. The work was done in three days and all expectations were met. I would definitely rehire!

We hired SOF Company to repair the roof of our home in the Graduate Hospital section of Philly. Most Center City roofers didn't have access to a 40 ft ladder but SOF can the next day to do the repairs. We are happy with SOF Company and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a roofer in the Philadelphia area

I had a wonderful experience with Doug. He came out to my home and looked at my problem and told me exactly what to do. He was reasonable with his Prices and very friendly. If I ever need any help with another job, I will call Doug.

Reached out to SOF Company for a quote / understanding of cost to build a roof deck in Philadelphia. They were the only company to provide a dollar amount idea without looking at the property. Very helpful knowledge when you are looking at buying a home and cannot arrange an in person consultation.

I could have been scarred by the first experience, but SOF put things back on track, and now the project is on the way to completion, the way the architect and engineer intended. We were looking for a commercial general contractor in Fishtown and found SOF Company online. We had a violation on our building from the city and needed a licensed contractor. Doug handled everything for us, from pulling the permit to replacing the sidewalk. We reached out to several contractors, but no one wanted to take the time to fix the violation. Doug took care of it all and worked directly with the city inspectors to get everything sorted out. We definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a general contractor in Philadelphia.

Working with SOF Company led by Doug Franklin is an unparalleled experience in asking for what you want and then getting it delivered on-time and within budget by a professional who knew every type of craftsman from tile, to flooring, to window and door installation, painting, spackling and siding (to name a few). I had countless contractors promise me quotes and got ghosted by each and every one of them SOF Company took my half-finished kitchen, dining room, living room and sunroom and completed them (my first floor) quickly and beautifully. Doug was in constant communication, offering ideas, finding unique solutions and getting the job done. I will never call anyone else to help me with any other home-improvement projects and have several more planned with them beginning in 2024. I am sharing just a few photographs of my first floor renovation. I am so happy and was thrilled to host a holiday party and bask in the endless positive comments from my friends and family.
