Quite an experience. It was NY Eve and my thermostat wasn’t working. Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters? I was panicking. I contacted the folks at Thomas Edison Electric I was up and running that same day. Best of all, the client services department was helpful, responsive and reasonable and did not ignore me and that’s what I’m looking for in client services. And my thermostat has been chugging along reliably since.

We had water coming into the house through the outside service line and into the breaker box in the basement. I called Thomas Edison and Carlos came out, diagonised the problem, set up an appointment and fixed the problem. Carlos and Carl were neat, cleaned up after finishing the repair. I highly recommend Thomas Edison for all electrical needs.

Called at 5pm on Memorial Day weekend for emergency service came home from work and had no power. Vasyl came out with in two hours of calling and was great, trouble shooted everything and found out the problem right away and explained every thing and was extremely helpful. Also explained that my breaker needs to be replaced asap and wrote me a quote. Best service I have ever experienced!! Very pleased.

Call these guys First!! Unless you know an electrician as a friend, you will be hard pressed to find more courteous and professional people.And oh yeah they do it right. That starts with the first phone call. I had an emergency situation where my breaker box tripped on the main circuit and I lost access to my power. This happened on a Saturday afternoon. Within 2 and half hours of my phone call, Norman and his son arrived. I told of my problem, and he performed many tests before determining my full problem. At that point he quoted my a price, and allowed me to make a decision on whether to proceed. There were no hidden costs or extras or surprises at the end. He had earned my trust within a short period of time. Oh by the way, he was gracious enough to let me have his cell number in case I had any problems or questions. I called him back shortly after he left very early on Sunday morning with some items. Not only did he follow up with me, the company did too, and has extended tremendous customer service to me every time I call. Please take advantage of the posted discounts in the Yellow Pages in there adds. I did not see any other contractor do this. I felt very lucky I made the right chose, and I still do. Finally, they do offer an on time gurantee in regards to when they will come/arrive in a 2 hour window. They honor it, no questions asked, no haggling, your service call will be waived if they are late. You can take that to the bank!

We called Thomas Edison at 7:31 p.m. on a Saturday night and by 7:40 p.m. the dispatcher had someone call us back to let us know our time frame of between 8-10 p.m. At 8:20 Vasyl arrived. Mind blown. The customer service up until this point was already super amazing, but when Vasyl got here he somehow magically made our electric work without even touching anything. Swearing to him were either haunted or something had to be wrong, he helped us work out an issue with one of the outlets in our spare room that had blown the power to our upstairs. A quick replacement to the outlet and no more ghosts. But in all seriousness, their customer service is so on point. Vasyl could not have been any nicer. He even made sure the outlet color he had on him was going to be okay for us in that room. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended by our family. Give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

This is the second time we’ve had a same day call into them and both times they exceeded expectations. Mike and Jason were both fantastic techs and both made sure I understood what we were working with the whole time they were here. Will only use them from now on.

My electrical issue started in the middle of the night. The Electrician, Vasyl contacted me in short order after my initial phone call and showed up when he promised. He quickly determine the problem and clarified what needed to be done. He was professional and courteous.

I had the best experience with Thomas Edison Electric! Cameron was amazing. Hae was so thorough in his work and kept me posted along the whole way. I would highly recommend!

I thought the general public should hear about a wonderful service experience I had with Thomas Edison Electric. They were polite, professional, on time and went above and beyond the call of duty. Their team of electricians worked through the night to restore power to our home during the recent snow storm which had no heat.

Eduard from Thomas Edison Electric called to tell us his arrival time. He arrived at the time he said he would. He was very professional, he introduced himself upon arrival. He was courteous and efficient, got right to the problem, explaining everything to us. He took the time to explain the pricing to us, also. He went above and beyond our expectations, completing his job in a timely matter. He did not let outside interruptions stop or slow his work down. He was very thorough and respectful of our home. We would use Thomas Edison Electric again if the need arises.

This company is the best. Lets start at the beginning, we lost part of the power to our home around 6 PM on Tuesday. Be for I was finished with the person who answered the phone they were calling to see when I would like them out. I asked if they could come out early the next morning and they were able to be here between 8-10 AM. Which was great. The service tech was on time, very nice and explained everything to me. He was able to find the problem right away. I did not have to spend my whole day sitting around in the dark. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. I know if I have any issues again I will be calling them.

The work was completed promptly and on a highly professional manner. Scott was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with the speed in which the company was able to provide same day help. The technician who arrived at our home was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it with confidence. Very pleased.

We needed a professional electrician to come in and fix an issue with our recently remodeled bathroom. The response time was very impressive and Patrick the electrician was a complete professional. I then had a question regarding the bill and Joe, from customer service, responded to my request very quickly and clarified all my questions. Will use them again!

We called the service number and the dispatcher was very thorough. They were very nice and took all the necessary information. They explained that the electrician will also call to confirm everything. The electrician did call within ten minutes and did confirm everything that the connection to the house had caught fire. They arrived within the stipulated two hour window and this was on a Sunday as an emergency situation!! They were able to assess the situation and made the necessary replacement of "bugs" in record time! We were very pleased that we were back up and running with electricity. The electrician was very, very friendly and very clean.

They were super prompt and Tim was great with our dogs. We are so grateful that they fixed some long standing electrical problems in our home. They did an awesome job!

Their communications with their clients is exceptional. Service is excellent. Tim, my electrician is a Master Electrician. He was so knowledgeable and nice. Wish all service companies could be like Thomas Edison Electric.

Today I had Jasin come out, he helped with a ceiling fan bouncing around whenever it was on. It turns out that the ceiling fan wasn’t on a sturdy enough frame. Jasin was very professional, explained everything to me of what needed to be done and pricing. Jasin was worked fast and was very respectful. I will always recommend Thomas Edison electric for all my house hold needs and updates.

Helped us out very quickly (same day) when we had an emergency issue that almost turned into an electrical fire. Mike saved the day, made us feel safer and gave us some great information. Very knowledgeable.

I contacted Thomas Edison because an outlet in my bedroom needed to be fixed. They sent Jason, who was on time, respectful, and professional. I have an old, so there is usually an unexpected challenge involved in every task. The outlet did not immediately work after Jason replaced the fixture. However, he was patient and persistently sought out the problem via conversation and visual inspection to determine the source of the problem. The outlet now works!
