Derek and his crew completed a difficult renovation on a house that was falling apart. They replaced a portion of foundation, all of the structure in the exterior walls, and the roof - all while the house was occupied. Final result was great, and done right. Left the site clean. Would highly recommend.

Derek’s background in inspection was very helpful to us as we renovated our 1869 home on the East Side. It is rare to find a tradesman as experienced in all the necessary trades to restore an historic home. His team is reliable and friendly. Great contractor!

The first job Derek did for me was around 15 years ago, there were serious structural issues in our three decker condo and Derek walked us through all the issues and went through the options to repair and when it came time to do the work he had a huge crew there every day working non-stop and fully took care of all the issues without any shortcuts. Derek also did multiple home inspections for us and provided the most thorough inspection reports I've seen, but not filled with non-issues just to fill the report. He identified issues and gave an honest opinion on the seriousness of each one. The most recent job he did was a massive outdoor kitchen/living area. The only negative was that the job took a long time due to another project going over and Derek having fewer workers post-Covid. In the end, he made sure everything was done right and the final result was amazing. Derek cares a lot about the work he does and and can handle everything from smaller jobs to massive remodels.

Working with Derek is an absolute pleasure. He treats your home as if it were his own, takes pride in his work, and values partnership and customer service above all else. He's one of the kindest, most hardworking people I know and you can trust him to deliver results you'll be happy with!

I had some home improvements done recently by Derek and the Northeast contracting crew and to say they were terrific. Would be a understatement. Starting with estimate which was in very detailed and helpful and priced fairly and then on to the wrok itself which was professionaly done and if there was anything i had a question about or wasnt sure of Derek was there to answer any questions. They were always prompt and neat they made it very easy to deal with while my home was under constuction i would absolutely reccomend Northeast Contracting again and i will definetly use them for my next project.
