Epic View provides service as it should be. Courteous, quality work at a fair price. Even though the nature of the work requires that they be in every room of your home, you will hardly know they are there until you see what a difference the clean windows make.

After buying my new home it looked dingy and I was worried I would have to get it painted. A friend recommended washing it before I made that expensive decision. I contacted Epic View and what a great decision. My home looks brand new after their soft cleaning. I didn’t have to be home and everything was done very professionally. Ernie was great to work with. I highly recommend them if your house needs to be rid of all the pollen and wear that can happen over the harsh winters.

I recently had Ernie from Epic View clean the windows on my East Side bungalow. I have never had professional window cleaning before, since I thought it might be sort of an extravagance. Now I want him to come back every year! It was so worth it and he did an absolutely beautiful job. I found myself staring out of my windows watching birds in the back yard and realized how dirty my windows had been - I was missing out on a lot of the "show" out there! My boyfriend joked "there's no glass in these windows!" because they were so clean and clear. Besides doing a great job cleaning, Ernie is very personable and neat with his work. It was a pleasure to work with Epic View and I will definitely have them back to clean my windows every year.

i've had two houses in the regular schedule for over a year now and I am thrilled with the service, the communication, and the pricing. The techs are always on time and they are very professional and courteous. They initially power washed 4 years of green grime from our fence, and now it looks brand new! The window cleaning included cleaning the screens and the sills, which were pretty bad. The glass looks amazing, and the screens and sills do too. This clean look just gives the house and extra shot of curb appeal. I couldn't be happier with the results or the cost, which was very reasonable. The spotless windows and sills are a pleasure to look at, and i will remain on their schdule for many years to come. I would highly recommend getting into the schedule as a regular customer, and everything runs like clockwork!

In addition to cleaning down frames, screens, interior & exterior windows (including removing & replacing window grids), he took time to clean off some paint & caulk residue left from previous repairs. Really great service. We have used Ernie and Epic View for many consecutive years to clean our windows in the springtime. This year, we also used him for a powerwashing of our house and of a pool deck. Things look great; like new. Ernie is great -- lots of communication with the homeowner and terrific work. Epic is great they truly pay attention to every little detail. They don't leave a mess they cover their shoes when they come in. People may think this should be common sense but it is amazing how many service companies forget to de the little things. For the past 3 years Ernie and his crew have power washed the vinyl siding on my house and fence giving them that “brand new” appearance. In the late Fall the crew returns to clear my gutters of debris in preparation for our challenging winter weather. It is reassuring to know they will arrive on time and do a thorough job. The experience was excellent. The two men who washed my windows were professional and detail oriented. They removed their shoes inside my house and took care when moving and replacing furniture that was in front of my windows. They were polite and respectful. My windows are beautiful now. The team at Epic View did an excellent professional job. I had my entire exterior soft washed, windows cleaned inside and out, and the roof washed. The house looks like new and in one day, all the growth on the roof is brown. After the first rain storm, the roof is totally clear of all growth. The guys were professional, clean, and on-time. No mess left anywhere on our property.
