I am surprised by the negative reviews about Woods Heating. Woods has been servicing the propane and oil needs at our house for 6 1/2 years. From day one they monitored our gas and oil needs, worked with us on our budget heating plan, made regular deliveries, sent a technician out as promptly as they could when the oil burner goes down even in really bad weather. They are always friendly and courteous on the phone. I have had nothing but good experiences with them for 6 1/2 years. That's a pretty good track record. One star for emails not responded to? A bit less than fair for a review. Email is not as reliable as a call. Keep in mind that Doug and all the folks at Woods can have a bad day too. Or perhaps you had a bad day and your approach was less than cordial. We all have things going on in our lives. Woods Heating gets a thumbs up from me. Keep up the great work.

Have been a customer for over 20 years... service has always been great! All problem calls for service were handled promptly no matter what time of day. We have our boiler serviced yearly and the techs have always been on time, courteous, friendly and kept the area clean. When I was experiencing difficulty maneuvering the (at the time) new website, I called the office and was patiently talked through the steps to get me online. I would highly recommend Woods Heating. SIX stars!!

I had no heat this morning, so I called Wood's. (We have a service contract with them.) David was very friendly and empathetic. He had a technician dispatched within the hour. The technician was very knowledgeable, pinpointed the problem and had everything working and tuned up quickly. Great communication via phone and email with the office throughout. We've always had great service from Wood's and today was no exception. Highly recommend.

It has been a profound pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet and go through the process of having my original ductless HVAC system replaced by Woods's Heating Service. I feel very fortunate that my initial contact with Sales Representative Joshua Martin turned into a very informative meeting resulting in the final outcome of doing business with Wood's. Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment as well as taking his time in his delivery to insure that I understood what he was talking about. The system was put in (just as the onslaught of the high humidity descended upon us) expertly and is working well. I would highly recommend Wood's Heating Service to my family members and friends if/when asked about having a HVAC system installed. My heartfelt thanks to Josh.

We had our heating and AC systems replaced within the last month by Wood's Heating.

Josh was the consultant and he did an amazing job in stepping through the many furnace & cooling unit options with us. He used the information that I provided him along with the home walkthrough to come up with the best installation package for our home. Josh was also outstanding and patient in walking us through every step of the purchasing and installation process. He quickly responded to any questions that we had even on the weekend.

As for the installation itself, Rick did an impeccable job with the duct work fabrication and ensuring that it connected with the new system. He took a little extra time in getting it done but I loved that he did so to make sure that it was done perfectly. Ken & Scott then took over with the remainder of installation. They were on-point, methodical, and very professional. They were very approachable and answered any questions that I had. They walked me through the whole system once the job was done to ensure that I was completely satisfied.

Overall, incredible job by all. Words can't fully express how much I appreciated their hard work and patience in replacing my old systems in a very tight space. I will definitely reach out them for any future HVAC work.

Bonnie and I are amazed at the service that we have received from Wood's from start to finish. We replaced a 41 year old oil Burner in our main house with a Propane unit. This was a huge undertaking which was orchestrated down to the hour. The only disruption was hanging around in case we were needed by a worker.
Because of this service, are also entrusting Wood's with Oil delivery and servicing to a second property.
Thanks to Josh for getting the ball rolling. Lisa was my main contact during the project, but I spoke with a number of others, (I don't want to miss anyone so I would mention names). EVERYONE was Polite and courteous and treated us with respect.

Absolutely outstanding service for our new Heat Pump system. The sales rep, Josh Martin, was very clear in his initial presentation, and was extremely helpful in all subsequent steps. Scheduling was easy, and the installation was done very smoothly by a highly professional team. Especially great: Josh did a superlative job of hand-holding through the applications for rebates from the state. (He did 95% of the work!) Highly recommended!

I recently had to replace my oil burner . I went with woods Heating it was an easy decision being a customer all ready . I found that trust was justified . The technicians that installed the burner were knowledgeable professionals . I worked with Josh , my salesperson who was knowledgeable polite and professional .

We have used Wood's for many years for oil delivery and service of our boiler. We found ourselves in a position that we needed to replace our boiler. They were super quick responding to us. They sent Josh out to our home the same day to asset our situation and go over options. Josh was great! Our install took place 2 days later! Wow! Everyone was pleasant and professional. The work was done very efficiently. The new system is perfect and is so much cleaner looking (all the pipes) than what was there. Thank you Woods for such prompt, professional and friendly service!

The entire process from first call Woods co through the administration office , either the quality assistance from Josh Martin was a nothing short of a great experience. The installation crew arrived on time ready to complete their assignments. My wife and I can’t say enough to praise their professionalism and courteous work ethic. This crew were there every step of the installation and made themselves available for any questions we had. The final step was the electrical connections to fire up the Fujitsu “splits”. This team was was again courteous and very professional. Woods heating and Josh exceeded our expectations during this project.

Josh Martin is a star. He is patient, has great expertise, efficient and friendly. He is easy to work with and very reliable. He worked with us regarding a heat pump system and we appreciated all of his help.

The Appointment Dispatcher was super professional and called me 3 times to update me on arrival times and even though they had to push me off for a little bit due to an emergency, he kept me in the loop during every change and still managed to get a technician to my house before the end of day. The Technician was AWESOME!! He had to deal with working in my crawl space and also deal with a dead mouse that had gotten stuck in the eye sensor for the furnace (the source of the problem) and he had to deal with a filter that was covered in cat fur from our 3 cats. He did all of this with a GREAT ATTITUDE, a Smile on his Face, and a Super Professional Attitude! My heat is running perfectly now!!

I have been a client with Wood's Heating for a number of year's. Every project has been well organized and well communicated.
Josh Martin has spearheaded every step along the way during the process. From umpgrading hybrid water tank to upgrading my heating system to Heat Pump.
Josh always made time to any question I had.
He is a true asset, and I hope everyone has a chance to upgrade their heating, AC or external generator needs..and experience Josh Martin to get the job done.

Wood's has helped us with several major projects in our house over the past several years. They have consistently exceeded expectations. For those projects that were time sensitive (a broken boiler in winter), they worked to identify a quick, appropriate solution. Josh has been especially helpful in navigating the financial aspect for these projects.
