We have used Mathis Heating and Air for several years and have always been very pleased with their service. I called them last night and they came this afternoon . They are always very knowledgeable and explains things where I can understand what is going on. I highly recommend them if you are needing an honest and trustworthy and as I said earlier knowledgeable company.

Excellent customer service and professionalism! Called when our A/C suddenly stopped working late in the evening (during 80-90 degree days), and Jason promptly returned our call and was here first thing the following morning to assess and repair.
HIGHLY recommend Jason and his team, regardless of whether you need repairs or just general maintenance on your HVAC unit - you won’t be disappointed!

Very fast response. Geat service. We have an older heater. They knew exactly what needed to be fixed, had everything to do the job with them. Very reasonable price. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Will call Mathis Heating and Air again if we need them in the future.

Mathis installed a new heat pump and ducting for us. Part of a remodel. Worked with our schedule, clearly explained options and operation, and was clean and tidy. Pricing was fair and we are very pleased with the experience and result.

He is always upfront about what needs to be done and with the costs that will be incurred. We wouldn’t trust our heating and air needs to anyone else. Had this company install a whole new system. They went above and beyond in the installation, which was VERY tricky based a previously poor installation. They communicated regularly with parts being ordered, etc and set up the installation in consecutive weeks to help my schedule and closing with the homes purchase. After that they followed up and helped with a related issue that was not their fault. On top of that, their price was the best and they respond quickly to all my correspondence (I have called them for some other advice). Just a great company with great people!

This is the best in the area! Don't waste money with anyone else. He stays so busy cause he knows his stuff. If you need repair or replacement he is your man!

Jason & his crew were lifesavers in this cold weather! Took them less than an hour to get my heat pump back up & working properly. Called Jason now for the second time. First time he came out fixed our ac within a day. Now the second time he gave me some advice on what the problem could possibly be and I fixed it in minutes. Highly recommend.

We always have Mathis come out and do our heating and air work jason installed our heat and air units back in 2021 and he came out to service it today he always shows up when he says he will. Does great work he is a very friendly. If you live in the area give Jason a call it will be the only call you have to make. when your heat and air system needs work. he will get the job done.
