Choice One did an amazing job locating a leak in our main waterline! We received a notice from the utility company that we had a large water leak. We called Choice One leak detection out. Within one hour they found the leak. After they found our leak they gave us a great price to repair it. Less than two hours later the leak was fixed. This company is amazing! Thank you so much!

Our home main sewer drain line started backing up Saturday afternoon and Steve came out and had our system repaired and operational in no time. He was very professional and respectful. We had a massive leak underground on Saturday. Sunday morning Brandon came out and thought he found it but didn't have the proper equipment to repair since it was so deep. Monday Steve and Tyler came out. Unfortunately the leak wasn't where we initially thought, it was under the driveway. With a family member here on hospice we had to have water and weren't able to leave to go somewhere else to get it. With all the rain they weren't able to come out today to bore the line, so Steve and Tyler went above and beyond to run a temporary line between the meter and our house so we could have running water until they were able to return to complete they job. They are true heroes whose selfless act of laying a temp line in the pouring lane won't ever be forgotten. Gentlemen, thank you both so much!

If you need work done I can't recommend Choice One Leak Detection enough. Their service, even an emergency call over a weekend with a prompt return Monday morning, was phenomenal. I couldn't be more pleased and will absolutely be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Dylan was our tech, He did a great job. He had a positive attitude, very willing to please. $885 is outrageous to stop a toilet from leaking and replace a bathroom faucet.

Robert, the owner of Choice One , contacted me. He talked me through my experience. We reviewed the bill together. He made some adjustments, he was very professional. He seems like a very caring business owner. What I should have done is called Robert in the first place before writing review. That was an error on my part.

Called for help locating a Pool Leak and was informed their leak detection equipment was broken and were not doing leak detection right now. Was nice on the phone but when you have Leak Detection in your name I would think you would have the equipment to detect Leaks.
