We have used Rodneys Electric for many jobs now and they have always been amazing. They do the work when they say they will and have not had any complaints. Kathy keeps me informed on every job and does her best to handle all the different electric companies. I definitely recommend them for all electrical needs.

Rodney walked off my job when a problem arose. Several no shows on other jobs .

I went through my home warranty because my AC unit is not working and this company never called me after I called and left a message, was a no show and not answering my home warranty's calls. If this is the way you treat your customers then you most likely do poor work.

I hired this company to perform a routine service installation on a home. They came out and promised that they would take care of all issues and within a week have electricity. For the next month after first week, they would come up with obscene excuses as to why they couldn't show up and would promise they would show the following day, five different times this was done. They are unprofessional and incompetent and would suggest to anyone that they find a different electrician.

Good luck getting him to show up or return a phone call! He was assigned by our home warranty company and came out and looked at the unit. He said he’d be back to fix our ductless ac unit in our garage and never returned. Tried to call him several times within 2 months and never answered or returned our call. Finally got ahold of him 2 months later and he said he’d be out within 2 days to fix, never showed up or called. Still can’t get him to answer the phone or return our phone calls.
