Had an issue with my A/C and Elite fixed it with in minutes. the tech was super professional and knew his stuff. He got my system running properly fast and was out the door at a good price. i will be using them for any future problems.

Justin has been doing our heat and air work for as long as I can remember and I have the highest regards for the quality of his work. He is responsive, I have text him on numerous occasions, nights and weekends included and he is quick to respond and very accomodating. The quality of his work is outstanding. I can honestly say that I would recommend Justin without hesitation. He can get the job done.

I have owned 10 different properties over my life (both personal and rental) and I have used well over a dozen HVAC companies during that period and none of them really lived up to their billing until I came across Elite Heating and Air. I can honestly say that working with Justin and his crew to maintain the HVAC units at my personal residence and at two of my rental properties has exceeded my expectations in a large way. His knowledge, experience and professionalism is well beyond any one else I have ever hired for HVAC work. He is fair and up front with you about what the problem is and how to fix it. When he says it is fixed you can count on it being fixed in the best possible way for the best possible price. I recommend Elite Heating and Air to anyone that wants an honest, experienced professional to work on their HVAC systems!!!

We had a great experience with Elite Heating and Air! They were Very quick in response time after my call to them for a repair on our Central Heat/Air unit. We greatly appreciated the quick response to our call as there was little to no time without Air!
They are very knowledgeable and professional with very reasonable rates.
We also had them back a second time to do general maintenance/tune up on our unit. We are VERY PLEASED and HIGHLY recommended Elite Heating and Air!

Justin and Stephen were absolutely fantastic. I was in need of immediate replacing of my HVAC unit for my renters on a cold, wintery & holiday weekend. They were extremely responsive, efficient and was the job was done within 24 hours of me contacting them. I was grateful as well as my renters! Couldn’t have beaten the price either. Would recommend to all.

I cannot comment on the service, only scheduling. I requested a technician to look over my HVAC unit for any possible issues or things that need to be addressed before they break/need repair. Over a week later an appointment is scheduled for today at 2pm. They did not show up nor notify me of any scheduling problems. I then reached out to them by phone and left a message. I have not heard back or recieved an apology for my time wasted.

They installed a new system and part of it wrong. After it broke they didn't stand by their work and correct it. It wasn't a simple mistake it was a complete lack of understanding of how it works. $1000 to fix it so I've lost any money I've saved by giving them a chance. I would have preferred to have it done right the first time and paid more. It was a sloppy install that the main technician (Stephen) checked at the end of the day.

Worse is that they dodged my phonecalls when we had a good relationship and I tried to give them repeat business. It's been two months and I've called once a week, once a day at times. Barely a response. Justin is the owner and will surely respond to this but I was actually able to speak with him a month ago. It's still broke. No excuses for bad work and bad communication from both he and Stephen.

I wish there was this honest of a review before I hired them. Do yourself a favor and pay for the more experienced companies that know what they are doing. Justin will not install your unit and doesn't have good enough employees to do the job.

I would never use them again. We had to move our resident out of our garage apt for months due to their lack of responding and fixing a unit they didn't install properly.

Stay away. Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor ever. Incorrectly installed a mini-split (first in the wrong location then a leak in the line that caused the compressor to fail). Took 5 months of back/forth to get fixed. After latest "fix", wouldn't leave my porch until I paid for their $400 labor (1.5 hrs). I asked to spend a day with it to make sure it works correctly before paying. The owner, Stephen, said he'd just uninstall the unit right now unless I paid the $400.

(Scenic City and Riverview Heating both responded quicker and fixed some of the issues that Elite caused. Go with them.)
