Wonderful job in cutting a HUGE tree that was in jeapordy of falling on our house, along with a second tree, and grinding of 8 stumps! Just in disbelief that it didn’t cost more! They worked so hard!

These guys did a great job for us cutting down a large tree in our yard. They showed up as promised and completed the job in about four hours. Part of the job was chipping all the brush which ended up being a lot. They chipped it all and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They even stacked the cut up wood which I did not expect. We've used them a a couple of times now and continue to be very pleased with their work.

This is a great tree service. They have taken care of my trees for many years. They are very busy, but show up for estimates immediately,and to ck. For dangerous trees. Etc. They tell you when they will be available and that is when they show up. They are extremely fair priced, and more importantly they work very safely and have never after cutting over a dozen+ trees, have never damaged anything on my property.

Arborscapes was fantastic!The crew where very polite. Did a outstanding job,our trees look great.They cleaned up all the debris, we didn't have to do a thing. I would highly recommend Arborscapes to anyone who needs tree service.

They did a fantastic job. They removed three trees and pruned another one for a very good price. They removed the stump, planted grass, and cleaned up the site. I recommend them 100%

Arborscape is a fantastic tree-trimming company. They are fairly priced, polite, do quality work, and are very knowledgeable. Their owner spoke with me as long as I needed to answer questions or comments and address any concerns. Also, their complete clean-up is exactly as advertised. After finishing the job, you are left with a clean yard. Highly recommend to anyone who needs tree trimming or removal.

Extremely rude owner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Owner is very rude and people who work for him are drunks.

We called and had an appointment scheduled...just for a quote mind you.
They said between 1and 3. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND DIDNT EVEN MAKE A COURTEOUSY CALL!!! Not very professional!!

Called twice left messages before they called me back. Said they'd be there between 430 and 5, they called the wrong contact number at 515 saying theyd be late. I said call me back to reschedule, no call back. I called them back, they didn't return my call. If you value your time, you might want to try somewhere else. Not professional.

I don't even know where to start with this one. I contacted this company last week to set up a time to get a quote. It was set for Monday for a 1 hour time frame and I was notified that if it was raining they wouldn't be here. Monday came, and it was raining. I asked if there was another time to set since they wouldn't be doing it that day due to the rain. The following day I get a text asking to set it for Wednesday for a 1 hour time frame. I said sure. He was a no call no show. It was raining the last 30 mins of the window but they could of notified me. Then today, Thursday, I was contacted and asked for a certain 1 hour time frame today or for tomorrow. I said today would work. 4 mins to the end of that window I get a text saying that he was on his way but running behind. I said that was fine. Then I was told where he was which should of been about 15 mins out. . . . 1 hour and 45 mins past the scheduled time ... still not here. Not to mention, I was told he was on the way but had to pick up his equipment first. Not sure what equipment but, he still has not shown. I have not received a follow up message or anything. Just another no call no show. It became dark and I knew that he would not show. I have written this one off as just an unprofessional no call no show company. I will not move forward for another reschedule either.

I had an appointment for a pricing estimate scheduled and they did not show up, or contact me. I contacted them and rescheduled for the next day, the same time frame. Again, they did not show, or contact me. I cannot speak on this companies performance since they never did the job, but the lack of care for customer service makes them worth avoiding.

Called to get a quote on trimming a tree in my front yard. No show or call on day of appointment, for a business that’s very unprofessional and I will not be using them or would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away from this company.
