I've used Hughes multiple times and every experience has been top notch! When I call, Tammi always goes out of her way to understand the problem and schedule me in for a technician ASAP. When I needed a part they were clear about pricing, quick to order the part, and fast at getting me back up and running! As a newer homeowner, they've made me feel comfortable about calling them for all of my AC needs because they're honest and dependable.

Generac Install: James and his crew were exceptional! Can’t over state enough that he does what he says he will do, and delivers a 5 star installation. James does quality checks on his crew, spends a few hours after the install to double check everything and then spends as much time as you need to learn the simple to use, nearly fully automatic system. 5 stars. We will be letting everyone know who the GO-TO Generator guy is! Also, shoutout to Tammi for top notch communication and scheduling.

Hugh’s electric installed a 22K Generac generator for me. They did an excellent job. There were 2 crews that installed it. One crew hooked the natural gas up and the other installed the electric. Both crews did a great and and were very courteous. First Class job by both crews. After both crews finished, James, the owner came by and tested everything. I would highly recommend them.

This may sound like a repeat of other posts, but that is because we are all in agreement. Hughes Electric did a FANTASTIC job from start to finish of our Generac Generator purchase. James (the owner) did the initial estimate and final set up and explanation of the machine. I asked him of he had someone else to help with the final walk through's and he said he does them all by himself, to make sure everything is right, his name on the line. Now THAT'S integrity. The office staff and both installation teams are TOP NOTCH. Courteous, respectful, performed excellent work and great cleanup afterwards. I'd rate the entire experience at 100% but that seems too low! Such an pleasant surprise in this day and age of quickie installations just to take your money.
Don't shop, just stop and call Hughes Electric! Outstanding!

We had generator issues and called them to check our Generac. They found three major issues the previous company did. They came out and fixed it all. We then had a AC issue and again, they diagnosed it provided a detailed estimate and came at the time and day they said and fixed it. Great communication, timely service, super nice and professional people and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Hughes Electric installed a Generac back up generator about nine months ago. We have lost utilities four or five times in that period. The peace of mind that it gives you to know that 60 seconds later you will have power again is great. Hughes Electric installation from beginning to end was very easy and professional. Great job.
