Scottie and his team at Otto are responsive, professional, and do great work. Used this company for 2 repairs within the last 6 months. The gentleman from OTTO ELECTRIC, Chris and his assistant came out this morning and diagnosed and repaired my electrical issue within an hour. They were prompt, professional, kind and considerate of my home. I am so thankful for their service and will be a repeat customer!

Travis and Darren from Otto Electric replaced two bathroom light fixtures and a fan. They were timely, professional, and offered to replace other light bulbs out in our hallway. They cleaned up after they were finished and removed all the debris. I would highly recommend. They were fairly priced for their services as well.

As of this review I am in the process of selling my house. The buyer requested several electrical outlets be updated to GFCI outlets. I looked on Google for local electricians and saw that Otto Electric had good reviews. I called them and a few other companies for quotes. Otto Electric came back with the best quote. Not only was their pricing reasonable, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Rhonda in the office was great to work with and Chris, the electrician, did a great job as well. Otto Electric will be my first call electrical service in the future.

What a pleasure it was having good, trustworthy, professional help. Otto wired up my new garage and updated my main panel at half the quoted cost from other electricians. I will not hesitate to use them again.

They never called back

If their repair doesn't work or breaks shortly after, they won't come fix it unless you pay again. So you pay for the work that didn't work/breaks, then they try to charge you again to repair what you've already paid them to repair. Who likes paying for the same thing twice?

The owner is rude.

They installed electric at my new home in 2020. the disconnect for AC unit already burned and frayed and now have to replace. Should not be happening this soon

Repost since second job I had them do the first job installing a ceiling fan.
1st review. So easy to deal with and get work scheduled. Great work at what i consider very reasonable price.
2nd REVIEW. I was so pleased with the first job they did I called to have a 30 amp plug and lockout installed with in 3ft of my electrical panel. The came out and installed everything except the lockout. They had brought the wrong lock out. The called and waited to have one deliver to them. Found out they didn’t have one in stock and ordered the correct one. A week later they installed the correct one.the work was very good and no complaints there. My problem is with being screwed on the price I was charged. I was charged $318 for $120 worth of material at regular retail price. 1 30 amp box $30 , 1 lockout $28, 4 20 amp breakers @ $12 =$48 and 6 ft wire $14. I expect a mark up on material but $200 markup over retail is a little much ! As far as labor, I’m not happy I was charged for the 2nd trip, not very customer friendly to charge that. So I now have to change my 5 star review to 1 star. Always get a written estimate and not assume you will always be treated fair , that’s on me.
