We worked with Tom on a commercial project converting an Applebee's into a dual brand IHOP/APPB. What started as a relatively straightforward restaurant conversion, quickly increased in scope when the state electrical inspector informed us that the former owner had failed to resolve years of code compliance issues. Work was at a standstill until this could be fixed.

As the licensed electrican on the permit, it was Tom's responsibility to get the site up to code to satisfy the inspector's requirements. He worked night and day and weekends to make this happen and got a pass at every inspection.

What truly stood out about Tom was his willingness to go above and beyond to help others. There were several instances were a team member left without locking the door, or a delivery was scheduled when no one would be on site, and Tom stepped up to help.

He checked on the site as he passed by to make sure it was locked up, brought deliveries inside (that were totally unrelated to his scope of work), and was by far the most dependable person throughout the duration of this project.

Tom is a great guy and does great work. What more could you ask for?

Spoke with Tom early Monday morning concerning my electrical problem and he said he had a full schedule yet would get to me this evening.Showed up at 3:30pm. Introduced himself very professional.Showed him my problem that we had discussed he got started right away and found the solution to the problem.Fixed it and hung the ceiling fan.Also left everything neat and clean. I wanted to share how kind Ace Electric Inc was when I called them late on a Saturday night. I came home to find only half of my home had power. I was calling electricians almost desperate to get power restored as my heating has electric components. After listening to my situation, the man I spoke to suggested I call MLGW first, as it sounded like a problem on their end. Sure enough, MLGW was able to fix my problem. I really appreciate the honesty and efficiency - no sense paying a service fee if the problem is with MLGW. Anyway, I will definitely call Ace future based on their helpfulness tonight!

Tom is very personable, and I feel like I am dealt with honestly and charged fairly. I have now hired him on two separate occasions and would not hesitate to call him again for his services.

We've been using Ace Electric for several years now, after Tom spotted an issue with our previous condensing unit, that a previous repairman missed. After several years of service, our A/C finally reached end of life.
Tom identified an issue with our duct work layout. In essence, one air duct was used to try and cool 5 rooms. This caused the A/C to work harder than necessary which led to the unit finally playing out.
Tom replaced our previous unit with a 4 ton unit. He drew up the plans to have a new plenum made to accommodate more air ducts. He installed a new furnace and completely renovated the air duct layout which, I'm pleased to say, is keeping us cool now.
Tom is personable, reliable and meticulous in his work. He quotes a fair price for his work and wants to deliver his best work to the customer.
If you are in need of an honest A/C repairman and an electrician as well, I highly recommend Tom.

Called Tom to service my AC/Heater Split 3 ton Della unit recently. As usual, Tom provided professional, down to earth service. I have used him for the last few years for electric / AC service and this guy gets it right everytime.
