Brian was absolutely amazing!

I called him early Saturday morning because my AC went out the night before. Brian didn't have any guys in the area and was heading out of town himself - he FaceTime'd me so he could check out the unit, diagnosed the issue OVER FACETIME, then ran over with his family on his way out of town and switched the piece out himself. The most amazing part - he gave me a discount for taking the panel off myself!

Your AC going out is an incredibly stressful thing to experience, I was sure I was about to spend thousands to get it replaced. Brian made it so easy. He even checked in with me a few times throughout the day to ensure it was cooling down.

I will never do business with anyone else again!
