I made a new years resolution... Any time I see or hear about excellence I am going to spread the word. Just got a call from my niece in Murfreesboro/ She was tickled to death that Finally someone fixed there heating unit correctly. She said you guys went above and beyond in your service and explanation of how they got it fixed. Nice to hear. Excellent! Rocky and his son were fantastic! Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Theu had to rehaul a whole system, which I thought would take days and cost an arm and a leg but they got it done in a day and the price wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I would suggest these guys to all friends and family members. I needed to get my boiler fixed ASAP these guys did not hesitate as they were at my door the same day to look things over and give me an estimate. I only had to wait till the next day as they went out of their way to make sure they got a boiler that would fit my needs. Very professional staff and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!

My boyfriend's Central heat went out this last wkend. We called MH&C Monday and they were really helpful to get it fixed up. The unit ended up being in warranty, and so we only had to pay for the service call. anyway, definitely recommended, professional service. thanks guys!

Those guys are really good, friendly and on time - very professional and they were able to solve the issue within an hour. I will use them for any further issue that I may come across but I would recommend this company for any person who needs to fix HVAC unit quick and convenient.

Rocky is absolutely fantastic! Came out to look at our unit and educated us on everything. He is without a doubt our go-to guy for anything heating and cooling related. Can’t recommend him enough!

We were having issues with our Ac unit. We worked with our HOA before on the same issue however they charged us a arm and a leg just for the issue to happen again. I called Rocky and he fit us in the same day I called. He was very informative, he didnt mind when we asked questions, and made sure we knew exactly was was going on as he looked at all of the parts the the Ac unit. I would recommend him to all of my neighbors.. and anyone else that asks for assistance.

Went to turn on my AC for the first time this season and sadly the fan on the outside unit was not turning. I pulled Murfreesboro Heating and Cooling off the list of at least 50 near me read the reviews and seen the company has been in the area many years and had a good reputation. What was not listed was how great the customer service was. Ali on the initial call was amazing I called at 8am and someone was here by 11am my unit was running by 1:30pm that same day. The two service techs Dave and Jacob were professional, informative, and answered every question I had. I could tell really love the work they do. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Murfreesboro Heating and Cooling. As long as they are in business they will have my business.

We received a brand new central air unit in ‘21 and have had at least one issue a year with this brand new unit. Usually, they are super helpful and accommodating when we have issues. But we have currently been without AC since 8/6 and no one has come out to see what the problem is. It has been hard to reach anyone, and when we do they say that they are down technicians and will get someone out. They finally said that the unit was under warranty and that we should have someone else look at it since they don’t have the resources and someone else would do it for free. That is unacceptable. It has been extremely hot and we can’t even get someone to at least take a look at the issue? At this point, we’re contacting our attorney. By no means would I ever suggest this company for any HVAC issues. Prior to this situation, despite the issues, I would have highly recommended them because they seemed to care when issues happened before. That is not the case now. This has become a health issue for my family

Edit: I just wanted to edit this and state that Murfreesboro Heating and Cooling went out of their way to fix this issue. I’m extremely grateful!

This used to be a company you could count on but now you get a message they'll return your call but never do. Multiple times and recently because I waited for a return call I've had a condition worsen and finally called a different company who responded in a responsible and reliable way. Do not use this company.
