Diamond Double J has been to our home a couples times now. Honesty and knowledgeable experience every-time!!!

We initially had them perform a complete system check up during the buying process of our home. Jim, the technician, informed us that we had an older unit, but that it had been well maintained. He also gave us tips for continued maintenance instead of jumping at the gun to sell us a new unit. Honest guy!!!

We asked them to come out again when we noticed a change in airflow to 1 side of our house. Jim came out and balanced the airflow and we could see a difference immediately. He again gave additional information on options to continue to improve the system if needed. Super knowledgeable!!!

I would highly recommend Jim Smith for any of your AC problems. He is very knowledgeable and had my AC up and running in less than an hour.

Did a great job installing a Mitsubishi mini-split in my garage. Arranged for an electrician to run an exterior power cut-off prior to the installation. A/C install took less than a day. Install location was cleaned up prior to leaving. Jim walked me through the operation of the unit and the warranty registration.
