I recently hired RMD Pool Service for a cleaning service and couldn't be happier. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. My pool has never looked better! Highly recommend their services for anyone looking to keep their pool in top shape.

This place is a complete waste of time. They keep spamming me with text messages saying they can come service my pool, but when you actually try to call, no one ever answers. After finally getting through, they tell me they don’t accept new customers. Why send messages if you’re not even willing to take on new business? Totally unprofessional and misleading.

This company is a scam. I was scheduled for June 1st, they did not show up til Jun 4th after several phone calls and messages. Then after that every day they would say they will show up and they are busy but still will show up. I was concerned that the pool had started to get green and told them. They came and brushed the wall and said that they don't put chemicals because they don't carry shock every where with them as it is toxic material!!! I don't know of any other pool company that says something like that. They said they will be back day after to add chemicals and they will address the issue. Now he texted me that the pool is green and they would not address that unless I pay. I would've gone to others, but waited for them as they would say they will come. The rudeness and bad businesses is through the roof.pictures are first day and after 7 day that they kept pushing the date.
