Needed same day service. They responded quickly, performed diagnostics and fixed my AC. Courteous and professional. Rates were reasonable.

I have never been more satisfied with a new service company of any sort. No “upsells”, no b.s , very professional but down to earth tech and did not uselessly charge me for an extra hour with a few min over. Will definitely recommend and will use this company for as long as I live in the area.

I went through several companies to get estimates. After some research and estimates. Bell's was the right choice for me. Tom worked with me on options to reduce overall cost. Tom was very understanding and compassionate of my current situation.
John and workers showed up to work and that's what they did from start to finish. They were very professional and cleaned up tidy as they worked.

The guys came out and asked questions about our AC and did some tests. They were very professional and explained everything for us. We are waiting for the next step of a new part and sounds like it should be up and running soon. Highly recommend

Woke up to 78 degrees in my apartment; called office and left message. Office Manager called back and said a/c company was notified and they would be out by this afternoon. John and Dylan with Bells Heating and Air Conditioning Aransas Pass were here around 9:50am and in less than 15 minutes realized it was my outside unit and had it up and running and were gone by 9:15am. These gentlemen were respectful, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend.

Every time we have called they show up same day. The guys are always nice & respectful. They explain the problem & even the process of the fix. Great company. Highly recommend.

Fast and friendly and always here when i need them

Excellent service! We were provided a portable room AC which was our saving grace due to the fact we have a young child an autoimmune compromised person in the house. Parts were delayed due to COVID-19 but we were kept updated and instillation happened as soon as it arrived. Financing was easy and we were able to get the right size unit for our house. We are more comfortable than we have been in years due to the wrong size unit. Thank you very much for your service!

I could not be more pleased with Bell’s air conditioning and heating. Not only did they show up in a timely manner, all crew members were courteous, and professional . You can tell they had pride in their work and picked up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Two very efficient, professional and knowledgeable men came and immediately went to work cleaning and checking three systems for us. They were so very good and efficient at the job. I will be using Bell's Air for ALL my air and heating needs. Thanks Bell's A/C for a job well done.

Our unit froze up during the night. Thawed the system out but it froze back up. Called to try and set up an appointment but was told that they were backed up due to the rain that we were having and it was going to be next week before they could get out. I received a call shortly after and was told that they were able to rearrange the techs schedule and would be able to come check our system. The techs showed up and had us back up and running in about an hour. The techs were very professional and were extremely cordial. They explained every thing they did. It was so refreshing to have work done and have techs act like they really cared about your situation.(something you don't see much these days) Will definitely use again and will recommend to others.

John arrived shortly after I called. Was very friendly and informative. Addressed all concerns. Completed work quickly. Pricing was extremely affordable. Will definitely use Bell's Air Conditioning for all future AC needs. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Tech quickly identify issue and made repairs. Very professional and cordial

Hot outside. Hotter INSIDE. No AC. Called Bell's AC. Bad News....He couldn't get to us the day I called. Good news***He would work me into the schedule as soon as possible. Me & dozens of others had air conditioning problems.
Then the next bad news happened: my phone quit accepting phone calls. Bell's called me to schedule, but my phone said not available. After trying multiple times, Bell's just came on by the house.

What A Great Business.

Fortunately for us, the AC wasn't "broke". It was just a circuit breaker and a BIG capacitor that were broke. The technician replaced both items and checked coolant level. Maybe 45 minutes from start to finish. Air blowing at 62 degrees when they left.
House was cool by bedtime.

In the Fall we scheduled a Second Visit for HEATER maintenance. They cleaned heater compartment, checked visible duct work, looked at mechanical components, replaced a rusted part and all done in a short time. In our freezing December weather (not normal), we were toasty warm. Again, Thank you Bell's.

Jaiek (?) & Taylor worked very efficiently in trying to find the leak in the system. They checked outside & inside & in the attic & then outside in the compressor & found a small leak in the valve inside the compressor. We have had to replace refrigerant 2 different times: once in 2019 & again last year & now again! Your 2 technicians worked professionally in finding the small leak. This past week has been hot & we are SO glad to have a cool house again!! Thank you & just want you to know you have very dependable, respectful servicemen!

Called early Sunday morning on a holiday weekend. Got a call back in less than 30 minutes with the welcome news they would be available and here before 1 pm. The technician call at 945 and his name came up on the caller I’d. Jaick said he was on his way. Arrived at 10 am and completed diagnostics and repairs and was gone after 45 minutes. Excellent young man, courteous and did a great job. I would give this visit a 15 on a scale of 1-10. Bells ac and heating company is one you can place your trust in. Will definitely be referring them to friend and family. Thanks so much for saving our weekend with family at the house.

Would recommend Bell's for all of your Air Conditioner needs. We have used them twice and they are fair and professional.

We are very happy with this company! We received 3 bids for our AC. The Bell's reps were on time, very respectful of us and our property, and seemed knowledgeable. One reason we chose Bells is because they gave a competitive bid. They came in much less than one bid (that bid also had slightly inferior brands) and slightly higher than another bid (that had equal brands). Another reason we chose them, is Bell's communicated very well with us (which the company of the lower bid did not). Note: We had an AC component installed with another company last year. The people from that company left a dirty trail that we had to clean after they left. Not with the Bell's people! They put down drop clothes, took out their own trash and even vacuumed the area where they had been before they left. Thank you, Bell's, for a great AC experience!
