Excellent service here. My Jura F8 repair was done a week before promised time and I’m more than happy about it. Price is very reasonable. They also have a good selection of machines at fairly reasonable prices. This place is the coffee lovers’ heaven. I just wish they carried some more exotic coffee such as the blue mountain, Kona or perhaps Kopi Luwak.

Excellent place to get your machine fixed. The wait time is long, as I waited 6 months. But once they had my machine, they fixed it in under 24hrs.

Coffee techs are honest upfront. I took my quickmill espresso machine to them thinking I have a faulty switch but the technician showed me that the magnetic float has lost its magnetism, and the fix was a $10 part I could order and replace myself. Thanks coffee techs!

Thank you very much! Called to seek help with fixing a Breville Machine. Unfortunately thanks to Breville, they can not acquire spare parts to do service checks and repairs on Breville machines. However, Coffee Techs spent the time to talk over the phone to help getting the machine up and running perfectly! Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend!!!

Cheery place filled with friendly helpful people. "Los", the Espresso Engineer who examined my Gaggia Classic could not have been nicer nor more helpful or thorough. Tested flow, pressure, temperature and scaling in no time at all, on the spot.
It turns out my 7 year old machine still has to go back in for some rehab, but they have me in a repair queue and will call me when my turn is up so I still have use of my Gaggia till then--super helpful process. All sorts of coffee, and machines and accessories for sale in the same building (Texas Coffee Traders) makes this a one stop shop for anyone into coffee, and especially espresso. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome, they were able to fix my La Marzocoo Linea Mini in only like 2 hours even though they were a man down. They also gave me a free espresso and half a pound of fresh coffee beans, I will go to these place for any of my espresso machine repairs!

I have a shop in Elgin and has a small leak coming from my espresso machine. I called these guys up and with their guidance and suggestions I was able to fix the super minor issue.

They could have charged me travel fees along with hourly rates to diagnose and repair my machine and they didn't. Instead they were honest and saved me hundreds of dollars and for that I will ALWAYS call Coffee Techs. Yall gained a loyal customer!

I had a wonderful experience with the repair of my Saeco Intuita espresso machine. The techs here are very knowledgeable. I was even given initial trouble-shooting ideas to try prior to bringing my machine in. They are very transparent in pricing and what services were needed. I brought my La Marzocco Linea Mini to the shop and they had excellent service from start to finish. When I first arrived they helped me troubleshoot to see if we could fix it quickly. This is the type of place where you can tell they are working to get you taken care of as efficiently as possible. They were very transparent and honest. I will definitely be coming back whenever service is needed.

I got my machine back and boy did they do me right. From the time they started to the time it was fixed was 1 day. The fix was more simple than previously thought so they ended up charging me about half of what I was quoted. They also explained some things to me so that I could better care for my equipment. all around a good experience. The coffee they sale is delicious too!

Called on July 9 to schedule a repair. I was told that they were 5 weeks out to take my machine in for repair, but they could put my name on a wait list and call me when it was our turn to bring in our machine in. So, I waited for the call. Today, 7 weeks later, I called and ask for an update and was told I would need to wait an additional 4 to 6 weeks for a repair appointment. I could have gone to a different shop if I hadn't been misled. Do not trust this company.

Absolutely a horrible service company, used them for 3 years until every time they came out our machines were left absolutely filthy, screws missing, gaskets installed upside down. Now we literally had a machine catch on fire and he just says “our guy didn’t even work on that part” when I have video of them working on it. Their last service, I had to hire a different company to come out and fix their “repairs” that their tech’s screwed up. I would highly recommend finding anyone but this joke of a business!
