Eli, Daniel, and the subcontractors were amazing to work with. My father is a contractor and I am pretty skilled with a home improvement projects but my basement project was out of my scope of work. Eli brought in a skilled team to help transform the basement into our dream room. His team stuccoed the cinder blocks, installed LVP flooring, AC, electrical, gutters, french drains, painted, new door, created stairs, and so much more. I came with an idea and he made it reality at a very reasonable price. Thank you Eli and Daniel helping make my vision a reality - all with a smile on their faces and a 'sure no problem' attitude.

We used Alon with NuHorizons for 2 bathroom remodels, new closet, new floors in all the bedrooms, stud reinforcement, and drywall repair. They main guy working on our project, Jose, was wonderful, he was very detail oriented with great communication. It is obvious that the team works hard to all stay on the same page to avoid miscommunications. They were great with making adjustments as the project required and quickly addressing any concerns we had. As they were doing the bathroom remodel and installing new exhaust systems, they noticed that our current exhaust system was dumping all the humid air from the bathroom into the attic (instead of routing it outside). We did not know this was happening. They corrected the issue for us, which we are very grateful for. They are not the cheapest but they also work to take the extra steps to ensure satisfaction in the project which goes a long way. Renovations are stressful but working with them made the entire process a lot more smooth and took away a ton of the stress. Overall, we love the results!

And that blue tile in the second bathroom? So beautiful and definitely stands out in the best way. Everything feels high quality and thoughtfully done. You can tell a lot of attention went into the details.

I would highly recommend Alon and NuHorizon Remodeling. Alon was so responsive to all my questions. He came to my home and was able to give me a quote at same day. He takes pride in his work and sticks to timelines and promises. Alon is a family man and I trust him to do quality work. They did a beautiful job with my kitchen demolition, sink and plumbing inclduing demolition , installation, electrical and painting.

They did a fantastic job installing a mini-split in my garage to keep it cool. They’re very honest and straightforward people who take ownership of delivering a fantastic result and make things right if anything doesn’t work right.

They estimated the size of unit I needed from the area, but it wasn’t keeping the garage cool enough after installation. After sending some extra help to investigate, they ended up replacing the unit with a larger one in addition to some work to better insulate the garage by filling in some gaps between the garage door and garage framing that were letting the cool air out. I agreed to pay increased material costs (I’d previously paid for the original mini split price exactly), but they ended up redoing a bunch of the labor without charge.

Obviously it would have been better to understand it wasn’t going to work right from the beginning and know the full cost of it working out, but I ended up paying about 10% more on materials while they are the labor difference and everything worked to keep the garage cool as originally planned when we ran into a special. I’ll definitely be using them again!

We hired Nuhorizon for a big project—repairing damage to the roof and siding. Eli at Nuhorizon Remodeling is a pleasure to work with; he helped with the insurance claim process and oversaw the entire project. He scheduled all the contractors and made sure they finished the work on time, and all of them were very professional. The majority of the work was done during the cold weather and Christmas week. I would definitely recommend Nuhorizon for any kind of project.
