Magic Helpers has saved my life more times than I can count. I initially tried to do the short-term rental thing all on my own, but holy smokes I continue to be amazed at the problems that arise from short-term rentals.

I can't believe how wonderful Magic Helpers is. In the Airbnb world, they are truly life changing. Things that I love:
- Auto-booking is awesome, but I particularly love that they send consistent reminders, telling me they are coming a few days in advance, reminding me the day before, and then messaging me when they are there, and when they are finished. Takes all the guess work and nervousness out of the cleaning process.
- Quality - Mine is a part time Airbnb rental, so I stay here in between. I love coming home to my house and it being so wonderfully clean and welcoming. It lets me feel comfortable that the quality is there.
- Responsiveness - I LOVE that I can text / email them and I get a response right away. I can also add on services super easily - if I want them to put my bins out or bring them in, pull some weeds, or change the batteries in a smoke detector - they'll do it all!

I'm so glad I found Magic Helpers to manage my Airbnb. They clean the house better than anyone - even removing pet hair from every surface. My guests have commented that our house is more clean than even those homes that don't allow pets! My guests have rated my home as "spotless"! They're always on time, they automatically schedule themselves through my Airbnb calendar so i don't have to lift a finger.

I have peace of mind that my guests will have a good stay because the house is super comfortable and clean. They even take our trash out, and have replaced our smart lock batteries when they got low.

I will always use them and have recommended them to our neighbors too!
