I was nervous at first having someone in my home during this time of Corona-19 but everything worked out quite well. She worked in the front of the house while I was in the back and then we switched. I requested she use bleach to wipe everything down with and she readily complied. Thank

Lorrie has been fantastic for us! We live in a 4 bedroom and I always ask for her upon my cleaning requests. We schedule once every 2-3 months and are always happy with the results.

Getting help with household chores and basic cleaning a full year into this Pandemic has been challenging. Especially as more and more people realize that a full time job at home means a semi-full time job cleaning the home. No office janitors for your home office means more work on top of all the other work. I gave them a chance as most traditional services I called were booked out for months. While it took a few weeks to get someone scheduled, finally got someone and the service was great. Granted this isn’t your 5-10Y+ cleaning professional service, but your also getting someone who cares and wants to do a great job!

On time, listened to my needs and worked with me to help take some of the burden off operating a full time home office on top of everything else we deal with in 2020-2021.

I don’t know how I’d survive 2021 without help keeping things clean and orderly. 2020 really opened my eyes as to how much we take for granted in traditional office life and the realities of living 2/3-3/4 of our waking lives outside the home. I’m sure this review will age like a fine wine from a super dry year, but the reality is the stress reduction from having some help with house work is enormous.

I’ve used other digitally driven services and while the web UI is lacking in some key scheduling features related to availability of cleaners, there’s enough there to not have to play phone tag. The support people do care and want to help, and once things get scheduled and started the web UI gets better. Currently the web UI scheduling capabilities may result in playing email tag until there’s a scheduling match.

I do recommend that your requested schedule be flexible and add in details after you get started in case you have to make another request. They killed my first request after a few weeks of not matching; but full context this was during the epic no power and water freezedemic and I imagine the support people are not local.

Overall pleased, especially for a startup service; and not having to constantly play phone tag with traditional cleaning services is amazing.

We were looking for a cleaning service that would send the same cleaner for every visit. I set up service through Mopify and it could not have been easier to get set up. The communication was great as they were setting everything up for us. Tiffany showed up yesterday and did a great job with our initial clean. She even finished up early and we were only charged for the time she was there. I highly recommend Mopify if you are looking for an easy to manage, efficient cleaning service.

I used Mopify because I needed the flexibility of an evening/weekend clean and they delivered! You book all cleans through an easy to use portal, which is great because my schedule changes often and it's not easy for me to have a super rigid cleaning cycle. Our cleaners have been excellent and very communicative. You can provide notes through the portal and customer service is SUPER fast to respond. A truly modern cleaning service (finally).

I've enjoyed my experience with Mopify! It's very convenient to schedule. Any cleaning needs and communications can easily be explained and sent through the web app. Changes are also very simple to complete. I really liked the attendant that was hired to complete my first clean. She was so friendly and did an excellent job. I plan on requesting her for each clean!

Terrible! Do not use! I booked a cleaning well in advance for a tight turnaround on a rental property. They conta Ted me the DAY BEFORE to tell me they couldn't do it. Excuse was their cleaner cancelled. I asked they cancel someone less critical timing-wise. No real response. Clearly they have a very limited pool of resources in this geography.... Or just don't care.

I have been using Mopify out of convenience for years, but the level of service has been steadily declining. The last cleaning of my vacated rental property was very disappointing. Garbage is left in the unit, appliances are dirty inside and out. I complained, but got response that complaints are only taken within 24 hrs. Poor job Mopify!

We we were really excited about Mopify. We liked their booking tool and text communication. The first cleaning went ok, but then they cancelled every cleaning within 24hrs of scheduled time and had no availability for 1-2 week after cancelation to rebook. We gave up on this company after 2 cancelations in a row and 1-month of no service. They are responsive to communications after cancelations, but very matter affect about unable to rebook (seems like normal occurrence). Don't use this service if you want to count an a cleaning.
