Debbie has been taking care of our pool for about two years now and she is AWESOME! Super communicative and always does a great job. She's fabulous at keep me updated and making sure our pool gets what it needs and keeping an eye out for any issues. She goes above and beyond and it's so comforting to know my pool is always in good hands.

And a huge shoutout to Joshua! He recently did a repair for us and really went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect. He really invested the time and energy to do the job right.

Overall, I'm impressed by the communication with Patriot. I find their prices to be reasonable and they are quick to respond and get us on the schedule when the pool needs some extra love or repairs. Very happy with the quality of service.

They have did a green to clean, our filter and replace a controller box.
We have decided to gave them do our weekly service.
Everyone of the employees that have come to are home are professional and very friendly.

I moved to a house with a pool 9 years ago and found Patriot Pool & Spa right after I moved in. They have been servicing my pool ever since. They have provided excellent pool cleaning for several years. Recently we had some vandalism to our plumbing and the pool drained. They were quick to respond, order parts and make the repairs. They make routine maintenance suggestions and follow up with repairs Kudos to Tyler Kidd!

I am a multi year happy customer of Patriot Pools and I’m lucky now to have Debbie Merritt caring for my pool weekly. My favorite things about Debbie or her depth of knowledge excellent communication and the fact that it just seems like she genuinely cares about doing excellent work. Patriot should clone Debbie!!

The service I receive and have now for some years is exceptional. When there has been disruption for any reason, weather, staff, pollen, etc, the company has always recovered my pool quickly. It is unfortunate that the name of the company has been tainted by the abuse of the word "patriot", but they do good work.

We switched to Patriot Pool & Spa after the pool company we previously used was sold to another entity. Visits by the former company were 5 minutes at best and we saw our water quality and pool appearance decline. Therefore, we called Patriot Pool & Spa. They were extremely professional over the phone and their service personnel are great! Their cleaning is thorough. They notify us on the day of service if there is an issue with any part of our equipment and provide a quote via e-mail the same day for repair. Their repair people are also great and get the equipment fixed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend Patriot!

Patriot Pools came by today to clean my pool and River Maxwell was the guy doing the work. I want to call out his extreme friendliness and great work getting it very clean.

Patriot Pool and Spa was a fantastic company to deal with. Our pool pump went out while we were out of town. They actually answer the phone when you call, were very prompt, and did a great job with the repair. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Patriot fixed everything... after a different company ruined my pool entirely (talking to you, Blue Science). Patriot may cost a little more, but absolutely worth every penny... and they did it quickly!!! The quality, service and speed are far above anybody else I've dealt with.

I use patriot for our weekly pool service but have also used them for repairs to our pool equipment. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. They are so easy to communicate with, techs arrive when they are scheduled and all quotes are sent before the app for the owner to approve. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

There are many reasons why I would recommend Patriot Pools, quality, skills, knowledge, professionalism but the most important is responsiveness.

My house was on the market and the weather was at its worst. I called Patriot Pools numerous times do extra cleanings, adjust the features, replace the LeD lights and the list goes on. They were so accommodating and helpful.

Here I am again.... reporting on Patriot Pool & Spa. Now it's the pool having a problem! Well, I'm thrilled to report that Patriot has once again came thru with flying colors going above and beyond to make sure my pool is in good working order. It took a bit.... but over the past 2 days the General Manager (Walt), the Service Manager (JT), the Repair Manager (Frank) and my pool technician (Gion) showed up at my home. They diagnosed the problem and instead of just ordering the parts and me not being able to use my pool in this horrific heat for several days, they drove and picked up the parts, got them installed and the pool is up and running great! I am in awe that these guys cared enough to come to my home to see first-hand what was going on with the equipment! Good Customer Service is so rare these days...... however Patriot has the right idea that's for sure!

A special thanks to Nicole, the office manager, as she orchestrated her team and got the job done efficiently and quickly.

I saw them stop in the middle of Lamar today to help a guy with a doggo that had gotten loose and was in heavy traffic. No way that dog would not be in heaven right now without these kind souls stopping to help.

I had a problem with my pump. Patriot technician showed up same day and repaired my pump. Thank you so much.

This is my second time to use Patriot Pools for service and both times they have been quick, friendly, honest, and at a fair price. They do quickly what others say will take a while or can't be done. Could not have been happier with their service. Thanks Colin and thanks Patriot.
