Ricky and Matt diagnosed our issue quickly and thoroughly. They were able to fix our broken sewer pipe very quickly and showed us exactly what the issue was and also walked us through the fix. They even suggested that the city come out to fix a connecting pipe while they had everything open. The city came out within thirty minutes and helped make sure that the repairs were 100%. Thank you for excellent service!

Kevin and crew were on time and installed an entire new HVAC system in about 5 hours. They were very professional and I recommend them highly.

I had the HVAC system checked out. He was very thorough and went through everything with me. I also had the water heater flushed and indoor plumbing inspected. Matt took care of a couple non emergent issues. All in all, very pleased.

Christopher Rios did an excellent job repairing my Mom's AC. My husband accidentally shredded wires leading to outside unit with weed eater. We called several other well known companies and no one could come out. Champion was recommended to us by a freind. They could come out within 2 hours of calling to repair wires an replace fuse that day. Christopher was courteous and professional. He gave us an accessment of our unit and offered alot of helpful info. I would definitely reccomend Champion. Excellent service!

Daren just performed my routine maintenance check and was very informative and helpful in recommending things I could consider to help the performance of my unit. However he was not pushy at all and gave me pros and cons so I could decide. He also hosed off my unit even though that is typically only done before the spring maintenance check because I asked him to.

Juan gave us an estimate for replacing our AC/heating unit. He did a great job explaining everything, answering our million questions, and going over the different systems!

Thomas arrived on time for the estimate for a vanity and hot water heater installation. He is very knowledgeable as well as professional. After I received the estimate I still had questions. He was available to explain in more detail some of my concerns. When he arrived for the installation he was super nice and professional. This guy is the real deal. I will use this company and will request Thomas for all of my plumbing issues in the future. He was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed through the entire process. I used Champion 0umbingplumbing Services after experiencing recurring sink drainage problems. Matt did great diagnostic work using his expertise & real time pipe camera which showed me exactly the problem. Matt had several proposals for me & when he returned, he accomplished exactly what he promised, and then some! Again, The camera showed exactly what his work had achieved, clean pipes!. The workspace was tidy & cleaned up afterward; everyone was on time & thorough, every question answered.

Friendly and fast service! After a month of fighting my home warranty with no AC, I’m glad I went with champion to replace my system. It took them about 6 hours to install everything and it’s working great so far! Installer also noticed an issue with the roof duct for the heating installed poorly from the previous installation, and they sent someone out at 8 am the next morning to have it fixed (no extra cost) and they were done in just over an hour. I’m very pleased!

Champion sent Thomas Amstutz to help us with our water heater problem. Thomas was super helpful, professional and kind. He explained everything we needed to know and offered all options to myself and husband. We are very pleased to have had his assistance and will call Champion again should we ever need this kind of service and hope we get Thomas again!

Had a fantastic experience with Thomas A. on a pressure regulator valve replacement. He showed up early (after confirming I was available), was friendly and professional, and clearly explained what was happening and my options. Highly recommended!

I recently had one of my AC units go out and contacted Champion AC Heating and Plumbing to diagnose the issue. I had been with another HVAC company for almost 10 years, and out of loyalty had stayed with them even though I saw some red flags along the way. A couple of years ago, we had Champion install 2 tankless water heaters in our house and they did an amazing job, so I decided to give them the opportunity to take over our HVAC needs as well. Last year Champion replaced an entire unit for one part of my house, and did a fantastic job. Not only were they efficient, but also checked back in multiple times to make sure that my new unit was working as it should.
With this latest issue- it was another unit that had stopped working. My initial call was on a weekend and they sent out a tech to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately it was mis-diagnosed as the tech had missed a leak and tried to rectify the issue by replacing refrigerant. A few days later, I had the same issue with the AC not working and called and spoke with one of their managers Colby. Colby was very understanding and apologetic for the previous oversight and wanted me to give him a chance to make things right.
In the end, Colby took care of fixing my unit (at a cost loss to the company) in a timely and efficient manner. I really want to applaud him and his team for getting us back up and running. Champion has found a loyal customer in me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC or plumbing work.

I really appreciated how he took the time to explain the entire process clearly — it made the experience smooth and stress-free. I had another company come out and they quoted me over $18,000. Daniel came over that same day and said all of that wasn’t necessary. The day they came to clean the ducts (and other things) they actually told us our ducts were spotless and didn’t need cleaning. It knocked over 2k off of our bill. They could have just cleaned our system anyway and we would have never questioned it. I appreciate their honesty and excellent service.
