Proscape has done a great job and we are so pleased with their service. They are consistent, someone always answers the phone if we call, and they do great work.

Super happy with my experience with Proscape! The crew is friendly, honest, and hardworking. I'm always able to get in touch with management when needed and they are always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. The photos don't even do it justice -- their attention to detail is unmatched.

Proscape Landscaping holds the landscape maintenance contract for several of the condo communities I manage in the metro Austin area. I love the reports I receive, with pictures, after each service and their willingness to work with my boards. The recent addition of account manager, Shannon, has only made my approval of the company even more. She is proactive, follows up, and actually gets the job done when I request proposals! Ryan, the branch manager, has improved their performance over his time with the company and has an open door policy with all his clients.

Working with Proscape has been a great experience for me. I have been a client for over two years and in that time they have given me excellent service. From re-sodding my yard to planting new shrubs and trees to maintaining my irrigation system they have been reliable and consistent. When I’ve had questions they have always been timely in their response. They have been proactive in assessing my needs and making recommendations. The curb appeal of my home has definitely improved since Proscape has been on the job.

I just feel so frustrated about this company. They don't take care of your business. It takes forever for them to even reply you. If there is 0 star. You will not see one star on my comment !!

It has been nearly a month since contacting them and we still can not get someone out to fix a short in our sprinkler system in our brand new house which is still warranty. Worried about a fire despite being turned off. Businesses get to call and we have been given the runaround by email. The managers seem to be unresponsive. Next step is the better business bureau.

Whoever is the driver for this company had no regard for human life. No turn signal was used and almost hit me. To top it off they starting honking at me for going the speed limit. Absolute joke of a company!

Proscape cuts the grass at my condo complex. They are supposed to come every week from May thru September and bi-weekly from October thru April.

As of today (September 9, 2025) they haven’t been here in over 2 weeks (which means a breach of the contract) and our grass is extremely overgrown.

Additionally, my texts, phone messages and emails have gone unanswered.

This is unacceptable and not the first time this has happened and frankly it’s time for us to fire them and get a new lawn service.
