Kevin Polasek arrived on time and prepared to work. He was friendly, polite and professional. His evaluation of my HVAC system was thorough: he took his time for a complete check up and found issues that other professionals had missed. I trust that my HVAC system is in good hands with Kevin and the other professionals at Parobek.

Logan with Parobek Plumbing came out to snake our sink drain. He was professional and very informative. Logan explained everything well and cleaned up when he was finished. Our sink is draining perfectly. I will definitely use them again!

I recently had some work done on my AC and Anthony was the technician that helped me out. The service was great, top to bottom. Anthony even showed me how to do some basic maintenance tasks on my own. Very helpful and professional all around.

Anthony Maldonado, was at my Home today. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. During his visit he checked all the systems and briefed me about the Pro's and Con's of each one. He has a good appearance and his behavior was very respectful. I feel he represented the Parobek brand well.

Eric Nolff came by to help with a blockage i was dealing with, he came in and got straight to work gave some helpful tips and got the problem solved! highly recommend! fast and affordable!

New HVAC rep today - Anthony (had John out a few months ago). We were struggling w our zones and zoning board - especially when heating the house. It was blowing heat upstairs consistently, and downstairs was receiving less flow.

Anthony was able to fix the Honeywell zoning board communications and adjust our downstairs zone to open ducts (they were completely closed because dampeners were not installed or even turned on with previous owners).

Anthony went the extra mile and optimized our AC for next summer. Should operate more efficiently without under/overloading the system.

Al came out to my Ranch to fix my AC unit and he was friendly, polite, and straight to the point on what could be wrong. He was efficient and shared the results in detail that gave me a visual to imagine.
Al was inspiring and very guiding through conversation about the beauty of my ranch and how connected I am with its nature and I really am grateful to have met a very conscious, kind and authentic human being. Thank you for sending Al… “😇🪽”

These guys rock! I didn't think our AC going out in October would be an issue but here we are. Anthony came out to assist and was absolutely fantastic. He was very nice and professional, as well as being kind enough to walk me through what needed to be fixed and how to maintain our AC as best as possible moving forward. Today I had a $55 system check done at my home. Jarrett Randle showed up promptly was very polite. The office staff is extremely personable. Jarrett went through the entire system and showed me everything I needed to know. I was very impressed and even signed up for the friends and family program. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors.

Our technician Anthony Maldonado was absolutely amazing! He was very professional and informative! I was at work and my mother was at my home, he sent me pictures and explained everything over text. He provided lots of options on how we would be able to proceed with fixing our a/c. He was fast and efficient and had our a/c back up and running before I got home! He was absolutely a blessing! Thank you to Parobek for fixing our a/c the same day we called! Our service experience was absolutely amazing! Anthony is a gem!

My Parobek HVAC/furnace tech was excellent and went above and beyond the call of duty to fix my inducer motor. We were thinking it may need a new motor and then we realized, it was some blockage. Shout out to John for doing the extra check before we could’ve potentially spent thousands… Great service.

Anthony Maldonado was our service tech today and he was great! Friendly, explained things well, gave us relative time frames and knocked the job out. Zero complaints. The overall company is great on communication, timely, and we would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Logan S. installed a new toilet for us. We originally called Parobek to come out and fix a clogged toilet, and because we are expecting out-of-town guests imminently and are under a time crunch with other house projects, we were going to ask Parobek to come back after our guests leave in order to install a new toilet (so unclogging the toilet was meant to just be a band-aid solution). Logan was amazing and said he could instead help us install a new toilet SAME DAY so that we did not need to make 2 separate appointments. We were absolutely impressed with not just Logan's proactiveness, but also his professionalism all around! He was also very friendly, patient and helpful!

Great customer service once again from another employee of Parobek. John was polite, knowledgeable, professional and nice. John is a valuable asset to Parobelk.Arobek.

Amazing company all the way around! I had both Cody and Logan come out to drain my bath tub. They were both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the troubles Logan had when I last attempted to have my tub drained, he was very honest and straight forward. Because of his professionalism and friendliness, I decided to become a member. I also was surprised and had a smile when I got this card (in the photo) in the mail from Logan. I will definetly be staying a member. If anyone is looking to have any drains unclogged, call this company and ask for either Logan or Cody. You won’t regret it!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Parovek Plumbing And Air and their technician, Anthony. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

First off, Anthony was right on time for our scheduled appointment, which I really appreciated. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had a few issues needing attention on our Trane unit, and he handled them all efficiently.

He performed a much-needed repair on a faulty contactor an incredibly thorough preventative maintenance tune-up, and even unclogged our condensate drain line, which had been backing up into the pan.

Anthony took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and provided clear recommendations for future care, never pushing for unnecessary services.

Our air conditioning is running colder and quieter than it has in years. If you live in the Bastrop area and need reliable AC repair, maintenance, or emergency service, I highly recommend asking for Anthony!

This is truly the best local HVAC company I've ever used.

I called Parobek out to look at my AC drain as it was backed up, luckily my husband and I were able to clear it ourselves before they got here.

John Solis came out and immediately knew the cause of why it was backing up. He was very informative and super knowledgeable.

He also was nice enough to show us how to care for our unit and maintain our drain so that we have as little issues as possible.

I highly recommend Parobek for your HVAC needs as they offer top of the line service and have a helpful attitude!
