Showed up needing a special breaker, had someone there indicate that the breaker i brought in as a match up was in good shape and only needed adjusting. Just to be sure, I purchased a breaker from Greg and left to try the original breaker i brought in (the one that needed adjusting) at the panel to see if it worked. Well, the breaker worked - thanks to their adjusting. I brought back the breaker i purchased and i was given my money back -no questions asked. I write this review because i was treated fairly and just. Thanks to the knowledge and courtesy i was given. Maybe because i was a HVAC contractor may of been the cause but still- thanks to Tri-City Supply team!

Wow! What great customer service! We recently had a minor emergency due to loss of refrigerator. The folks at the Baytown store were able to locate and deliver a refrigerator in an amazingly short period of time. We had purchased washer and dryer from this location 2 years ago and have been extremely pleased with the products. Thanks again to this amazing team!
