Tav air is the company to use. They are honest, quick and a pleasure to work with. Came out when we started hearing a noise and recommended we wait till the AC stops working so they don’t start replacing the wrong parts and the problem continuing. Our AC stopped working today at 4 pm, called and had our problem fixed by 5:20 pm. They replaced a faulted motherboard which fixed the issue and also provided a warranty. Will use again. Thank you very much!

Pablo did a great job installing my Heating and AC unit plus he’s always there to answer questions or stop by to replace an old vent. Very easy to reach and always sets appts quickly. :-)

Where to start, Pablo is an unsung star - After my AC decided to go on the fritz I was frantically phoning around to find a collection of companies that couldn't come out at short notice, uninterested staff or just straight up poor communication. I sent a few requests out on Yelp and Pablo responded in less than a minute... not only was his response swift, but he was at my house within 2 hours.

He identified the problem quickly (Bad Capacitor) and had my system up and running in about 5 minutes. Not only that but he then went on to clean my condenser and give me some super handy tips on ways to keep my system at full operating capacity. He made the time to help me out not just with my immediate problem but to ensure my system would continue to function.

If I could give 6 stars I would, but long story short - don't hesitate to reach out. Friendly, efficient service and an incredibly competent technician. This will be my go to place for any further issues.

I met Pablo through my next door neighbor. I went through two other AC guys this year before I found TAV-Air. It was so refreshing to finally get someone who didn’t try to scare me, sell me anything I didn’t need…instead, he was fast, friendly and fixed my AC. I’m definitely reaching back in the future for my AC needs. Hot Texas needs companies like this!

We use Tav-air all the time for our old A/c Unit. Pablo is very knowledgeable and professional and he always tries to help us find ways to save money and get the most out of our unit. Once we had him over to replace a thermostat because of cycling issue we were having and he let us know that it was actually just not hooked up properly, and he fixed it for free. Tav-Air is a 1st class, honest company.

I can attest to the high quality, expediant and affordable services. I emailed and received a call within minutes(at 10pm!). We were just entering this heat wave and he was out here the next morning at 7am to repair it. He even offered to come that same night I requested service. Our 24 yr old AC was clearly unrepairable and a team arrived the next day to install a brand new system. They were quiet, respectful, and communicative the whole way through. I highly recommend them!

Pablo is honest and hardworking. We’ve had him service two different homes for us. We appreciate that Pablo isn’t trying to upsell customers and charges fair prices for work that’s well done.
