John and his entire team are just amazing. Our system was old and needed replacing. This we knew. The crew showed up when they said they would, they put down floor protection, and picked up after themselves. The system they put in is great and keeping us cool during this hot summer. I have to give them really high marks for something. This is one way I gauge great service. After the new system was in, we had a problem. I called them and they came out that day. It was a faulty part that needed replacing. Their communication with me during this time was superior and they told me they would make it right and they did. To me, good customer service is paramount. But great service recovery takes them over the top of the quality spectrum. This is the contractor you always hope you'll find, especially when everything is blowing up around you. Great job John Sr., John Jr., Kristin, Randall, Brian, and all the crew.

Highly recommend DnD Services for your HVAC needs! Kristin got us scheduled ASAP when our A.C. Went out in 90°-100° weather!!! Technician, Chaz, was very kind & knowledgeable & got us up & running in about an hour! Will use their services again.

I had dnd services replace my hvac system and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Colton and his team came out and completed the whole process in a day. Bryan with DND was wonderful…pleasant and kind.
He replaced the capacitor to make my unit start cooling again. And he may have also added some Freon to the unit. He mentioned it. He also came into my music den and repaired a mini-split for me with a clogged drain line and he wouldn’t even charge me for his efforts on this. I really appreciated that…as l am going through a very difficult divorce from a very disturbed violent man…and every penny counts. I was so impressed with his professionalism, he knew exactly what to do for the three year old unity to allow it to operate as though it were a new unit again after he made the repair. Thank you Brian and all the ladies who made the calls to arrange for me to be seen so promptly to have my unit scheduled for repairs without out even a 24° wait.
It is such a relief to have found such a great company as DND, and then to have been paired with such s talented HVAC technician as Bryan…what a blessing from God.

Excellent family run business. Honest and dependable. We have been using DND for several years. They have come to our rescue SO many times. They helped us squeeze some life out of our old units and then we trusted them to replace both our units when the time came. We recently had a warrantied issue with a new unit and they worked closely with the manufacturer to replace our 2 year old unit within days. Not to mention they came out after hours to stand behind their product. During that time they set up our failing AC to keep us cool in stage 1 and we experienced very little inconvenience. I could not ask for better service, and they are wonderful people. Thanks DND!!

As usual DND service is the best! Starting with Kristin in the office who is always a pleasure to work with, to Colton in the field. Colton is knowledgeable and very thorough. I don’t trust anyone but Colton and DND with my hvac needs.

From beginning to end I had a great experience with DnD Services. They scheduled someone to come look at my AC once it was not working then they explained the issues and my options in a way I could easily understand. Big changes are coming in the use and availability of AC coolant. This was explained to me and while I already knew a bit about it they educated me on further aspects that where important to my decisions about service. I took time to research their initial visit and called them to replace my worn out system. They gave me a reasonable time frame for arrival of the equipment and then assisted my family with financing. Install took place and they worked quickly and efficiently on the day they said it would. Thumbs up all the way around for this company. They have an +A rating with the BBB and I can see why. Thanks again!

John was a money saver for us, saving several hundred dollars by doing the work rather than an electrical expense which he was able to do as well with lower expense. I was especially pleased to learn that he will be able to service my unit on my next home in the future in Ft Worth. It was a very positive experience!

It's never fun to have HVAC problems, but I have peace in knowing I will receive HONEST and educated advice along with kind and considerate customer service.

After using two other AC companies and receiving poor service I called DnD. They got us taken care of in the spring and followed with a maintenance visit so that we are ready for the cold months. Brian did a through job of checking everything out. 👍🏼 I highly recommend them.

I received prompt, professional and affordable service from D-N-D Services. They installed a completely new ac/heating system for me, which was different from what I had. It was what I considered a major project, but they handled it quickly. Their team worked together seamlessly including painting and sheet rocking that was required. I definitely recommend this company.
