Calling Grizzle was a smart decision! My appointment time was moved up twice for the quickest service possible. Zac was professional, personable, and he did not waste time. I will call them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I highly recommend Grizzle! Gerry was my technician and he was so great! He took his time and was very thorough about everything he was doing. He definitely had my best interests at heart. He was also very courteous and very professional. I’m so glad to have found a great HVAC company that has the customers best interests in mind.

I called on a Thursday, scheduled a Friday and was curious when I received a 1 hour window of time that our tech Kris, would arrive. BUT, he was right on time! It was a little drizzly but he got right to work and diagnosed the problem and fixed it! He was done in one hour. Our air is blowing cold and we have a new AC company. Thanks so much.

I really appreciate Zach for coming out after hours (when he wasn’t on call) and heading back the next day to finish the work with the needed parts. I have a feeling that other technicians would not have been able to manage the fix that got us through the night. We are really grateful for his expertise!

Gerry from Grizzel was excellent. He went above and beyond to fix my hvac unit and make sure I was happy with the work.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My technician Kris was extremely prompt, professional, and thorough. He solved my A/C problem quick and explained everything to me and how to keep up maintenance myself as well. Great company, I highly recommend them!!

Our system was down. Kris from Drizzle HVAC was here in 2 hrs. We appreciate the quick response and service. The problem was quickly identified. The system was checked out and cleaned. We are new to Amarillo, this service was great and quick response! We will certainly call for yearly maintenance, going forward. Good job Kris!

We had a new AC/Heater unit put in. Allen and Ivan were very professional and on time. They took their time installing and explaining everything to us.

It was a weekend. He came out in a timely matter. The repairs were done and he monitored everything for a good bit making sure everything was working properly.

The Techs were very courteous and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them.

Grizzle Heating and Air stood by their work. I was having some cooling issues with a room that was the furthest from the furnace, and Air Conditioning units. I contacted Grizzle and they sent out Ian Ansett who did his magic with the Air Conditioning system. I could not be cooler and happier. Much appreciated. My advice is to add Grizzle Heating & Air to your contacts list.

Jose was on time and went straight to work. He cleaned out my furnace and AC condenser checked my unit pressure levels and then compared temperatures from the intake to the exhaust. When I told him I had an issue with my thermostat that he was able to call it into the office and get me a new thermostat within the warranty timeframe saving me cost of a new unit. Jose came back and helped with the install and walked me through all of the features. I’m a happy customer and will be calling again in the future for any issues.

Gerry was amazing, he fixed what 2 other companies couldn't figure out. Instead of just telling me "I don't know", he took the time to figure it out and find a solution. Will definitely call again when I need service.

Kris came by the same morning I called. He identified an error with the wiring on the capacitor on my outside unit that has existed since the system was installed new by another company. He resolved the noisy compressor that others said was normal in minutes by using the wiring diagram on the cover to spot their error. He also quickly identified the root cause of the problem with the HVAC system, which was a faulty blower motor. I wish he was around three years ago when this unit was first installed incorrectly! He was prompt, professional and did a fantastic job!
