Would have been a one start review if it weren't for Martin! Martin was able to identify and fix what the first tech couldn't. Request Martin if you want your appliance fixed right the first time!

The service tech Moon was excellent and knowledgeable concerning the fridge. He analyzed the problem and quickly fixed the problem. He worked through the situation for about 2 hours and with one visit. I highly recommend Moon to be your service tech. The company was very professional and stayed on schedule.

Despite all of the negative reviews, I had a great service technician come out to help with my Samsung Fridge. His name is Jorge T and he kept me up to date, showed pictures of what was going on. Thank you Jorge!

Really not sure why all the bad reviews…maybe I got lucky but Russel my tech was great! He came out last Monday because the ice maker feed tube in my freezer door was leaking..he diagnosed it in about five minutes ordered the part right there in my kitchen and came and replaced the whole door today under warranty..couldn’t have gone smoother or easier!

Amazing service. My fridge was under warranty and technician were knowledgeable. They had the exact OEM part needed for this and replaced it. Fridge as good as new.

Stephen is amazing, courteous and knowledgable

Our stovetop was turning on by itself because the knobs were faulty and just the slightest brush against it was making it turn on. Samsung acknowledged the issue and the tech ordered the part and installed it without any complications.

I've used this company through Samsung 2 times. The 1st was several years ago for my washing machine. It took longer for my appointment than I'd prefer (I get really anxious when something isn't working), but they arrived on time, completed the repair & taught me some stuff about my washer I hadn't known.

This time it was my brand new (got it March) dryer. It broke Saturday night, I called Samsung on Sunday and had an appointment scheduled before lunch on Monday. Stephan arrived on time, took it all apart, replaced the belt & pulley. He tested for electric waves in the interior systems. He put the dryer back together and tested for error codes. He took everything with him leaving no mess & made sure I knew the important things about the dryer without being condescending. It's wonderful to have my dryer back.

    ⭐ Updated Review

My experience with this Samsung-authorized service company started off frustrating. They scheduled an appointment but refused to provide a specific timeframe — meaning I had to completely rearrange my day and wait around without knowing when the technician would arrive. It felt very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Their reasoning was that they needed to “plan their routes,” but that’s not an excuse for poor customer service. I found the process unorganized and disappointing, especially coming from a company representing Samsung.

However, I want to update my review because when the technician finally arrived, he was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and very fast — he diagnosed and fixed my TV efficiently and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. I forgot his name, but I truly want to thank him for turning what started as a frustrating experience into a positive one.

I recently had an issue with my 77-inch Samsung OLED TV that was covered under the one-year warranty. The TV would not power on, so Samsung scheduled a service through NISI. The technician, Robert, arrived right on time and was extremely professional.

Within just 10 minutes, Robert diagnosed the issue and had it fixed. He already knew the exact part number that would be needed, which shows how knowledgeable and prepared he was. The service was seamless and stress-free.

I have to admit, Samsung’s warranty process used to be very hectic in the past. That was always a pain point. But I’m genuinely impressed with the new process they’re following now—it’s clear that they are really taking care of their products and their customers.

Thank you, NISI and Robert, for phenomenal support. This was a night-and-day difference compared to how things used to be. Highly recommended!

Bought a new bespoke fridge with beverage center for a great price at Best Buy. Installed and the autofill pitcher section did not work. Samsung warranty process wasn’t very hard. Had email and text confirmation on days for repair. 3 different service guys a few days apart. First one Yun K. Installed parts that didn’t fix and worked for about 2 hours trying. Concluded we probably needed a whole new door panel due to something in wiring. The second guy Jin k showed up the next week and came up with the same conclusion. Both called ahead of time to make sure of when they would be arriving the day.
Third appointment I didn’t not get a text with the persons name, but did get a phone call saying when he will be here. My immune system had a crash and I was too sick to get out of bed, so my husband took off work to be here. Husband says it was a new guy, that they ran the same tests, then changed the door panel. It worked. This one took almost 3 hours per my husband. ( I was asleep sick ). The only frustrating part was it took them 3 times to fix it when they had a correct diagnosis at end of first visit. A friend who does appliance repair said it’s probably Samsung wanting more than one opinion on what’s considered a major repair. The swapping out of door panels. I am thankful it was a minor issue that did not interfere with my daily routine or food storage. Thanks to all 3 workers who helped fix my issue. I paid 0 since it was a warranty due to fridge being only 1 month old. I woke up to check it and still can not get it to run water manually, so am guessing it’s automatic or I will need to contact them and ask how. I am very bad with technology so I wish I was not sick and have been able to ask questions. Husband said it doesn’t fill on demand. That the guy shut fridge and waited then came back to it refilled. Either way, these guys are doing what they can and we need to remember they have a specific routine of tests they have to run “ each “ visit per my friend. I didn’t know that before, so it makes more sense why they all did the same thing first. Late night updat. Haha. I went in and it’s full
Of water so maybe it does it secretly. But it work. Thanks

2 days before Christmas our 6 month old Samsung TV had a power unit failure.

Samsung Care recommended NisiUSA to fix our tv, and in less than 48 hours we had a service guy out to our house to fix it. He was very quick to communicate, on time and professional. The tech knew exactly what to do. It took a total of 10 minutes to swap the bad power unit for a new one and boom, that was it, TV working great again. Very satisfied with the service from start to finish.

    Great with dogs as well!

NISI USA came out last year in response to our new Samsung free standing stove’s failure of display and control unit. I had only seen 1 bug, but they said it failed due to an infestation. They said that those parts would not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. I would have to buy the parts and pay for svc to replace the parts.

I was absolutely horrified at the existence of any kind of infestation, and at the price to repair it. 3/4 of the cost of the whole new stove. I immediately called a pest company who came out and did a great job. No visible bugs anywhere. However, as I am just on Social Security, it took months before I could pay for the repair. The stove was now completely out of warranty.

When I called Samsung to arrange for the repair, they again sent NISI USA. They sent me a quote with a detailed list of conditions to be met before they came. These included a service fee, labor fee, DIAGNOSTICS, parts and taxes.

I did not agree to pay for the DIAGNOSTIC fee because they diagnosed the problem the first time they came. I agreed to all the other expenses by return text. I then called NISI USA to confirm this agreement. I was passed to someone represented as a Supervisor, who agreed I did NOT have to pay for a new diagnosis. We agreed they would come the following day, between 3-5 pm.

The technician arrived at 5:20, after the NISI USA?had closed. The technician had not been told that I did not have to pay the $120 diagnostic fee. He informed me he would not repair the stove unless I paid him the nearly $600 total repair bill, which included the 2nd DIAGNOSTIC FEE. Otherwise he would not repair it and I would also owe the $120 trip/service fee., I paid him and told him I would be calling NISI USA for a refund of the 2nd DIAGNOSTIC FEE tomorrow. Which I did.

Not only would they NOT refund the 2nd DIAGNOSTIC FEE, they disputed that I spoke previously with a supervisor. I thought people should know how Samsung and NISI USA did business before you made the decision to buy their product or services. At least after nearly 8 months, I finally have a working stove, with no warranty on the parts. With an appliance that had been used only 4 months, no warranty at all. No one, especially seniors,,should have to live this way or receive such “service”.

Worse company i have ever dealt with. The company is extremely dishonest. No communication. Samsung ok'd 4 service tickets and NISI cancelled everyone of them without any communication. Range oven is inoperative. I did as NISI serviceman told me to do yet this company refuses to do repairs.

Worst company. I am surprised that they are contracted with Samsung.
The associate/ service technician was not qualified and FaceTime Samsung to show the microwave so they tell help him what the issue was. Then he lied to me that he ordered some parts and he will be back after 2 days to fix it. Meanwhile he himself closed the ticket. I have to contact Samsung again and open new ticket.

    Very unprofessional , very disappointed.

Summary: rude, sexist, did not resolve my issue and said it was my fault

I requested warranty service because in a year of cooking in my Samsung oven I’ve found that to cook something all the way I have to set the oven to 50° over the temperature I need. We had a home inspector confirm that when set to 350 the oven reads at 285. The technician came over and measured the temperature and told us it’s fine and our home inspector was dumb. Then when we made him test again and proved to him ON HIS OWN EQUIPMENT that the average settled temperature was 30-40 degrees below the set temp he told us that’s how it’s designed and then he walked out of the house while we were still trying to ask him questions. He refused to let my wife speak. Any time she started talking he raised his voice to drown her out. Wasn’t much better with me but at least he’d look at me while talking over me and refusing to answer my question. I will never under any circumstance ever hire someone from here ever again - and will also just avoid Samsung appliances the rest of my life since their quality is awful but that’s a complaint for another business…

NISI was assigned my repair for my Samsung microwave. Appointment date was 3/7/25 and the tech would call at 10am with a 2hr window. The tech Tim sends a message 12-3. I guess he doesnt use the company policy of a 2hr window. At 3pm no call or text from Tim. I called the local NISI office in Las Vegas. The lady who answered the phone sounded like she was working in a day care with kids yelling in the background. I told her that the tech hasnt showed up yet. She then said well we dont keep track of our techs. Let me call him. She gets back on the phone yeah he is behind. He will be there sometime today. I told her I cant wait any longer. I have to pick my kids up. She said dont worry we can be there monday sometime. I told her I work monday and if I take the day off i loose $240. I asked if they are going to cover my lost wages. She said that is up to the manager. I said let me talk to him. She said I have to see of he wants to talk to you. She says no he cant talk to you but will call you by 5pm. I never got a call from the location manager. Tims starts blowing up my phone. Im 30 min away. 2 min later im 20 min. 1 min later im 12 min away. How fast and reckless he was driving i dont know. I told him i cant wait and will see you saturday at 10am. He refused to come saturday. I said fine tell your boss you will need $240 cash to cover my lost time for having to take monday off and to bring a new unit with you. I even found the store that had one in stock. He said that someone would see me monday. Then the company turned their office phones off so i could not call back.
On their web site they have "Our technicians are available on your schedule!" This is not true. You have to bow down to when their tech feel like working.
I will up date on Monday
On Monday it took me 3 call to get to the location manager. He said he had no idea what I was talking about. He said that he was not in the office on friday. I told him what I was told by his office person. He was not surprised. He at first offered to cover my lost wages then took it back. Tim sent me a text he was on his way. Upon his arrival he started the repair. He told me that he told the location manager what happened on Friday. While he was doing my repair he said that the last person did not ground the mother board and thats what caused it to short out. He completed the repair and left.
Upon contacting NISI corporate they said they looked into it and that the mother board was faulty. They said that both repairs are in company standards. I asked how everyone’s story changed when they all got caught in a lie on every level.
Stephanie the CSR Manager is a cover up artist. Hope you never have to deal with her.
Avoid NISI USA at all cost.

I had an appointment scheduled to fix my dishwasher (which they had "fixed" a week prior) on Wednesday 11/27/2024 and was told by the tech he would arrive between 1 and 3pm. After waiting around the house all day waiting for him, it was around 2:45 I knew something was up. I called the service desk around 3:30 (spoke to Kevin) and was told that they would reach out to the tech. I never received a call or text from anyone so I called back around 4:30 and was once again told by a different representative (Russell?) that I would receive a call back. Since they close at 5 I knew that wasn't going to happen. Here we are 3 days after what would be the 2nd attempt at fixing this issue (Thanksgiving was Thursday so I'll give them that) and I have yet to receive a call. It really is unfortunate that Samsung only deals with one service company for warranty work as these types of things arise when there is no competition.

**Update** They tried to send a tech, of course, at the convenience of their time. Ended up fixing the issue myself and luckily it was just something the tech forgot to plug back in.
