The two ladies that came to my apartment was very professional.Was very happy with the job they did.Was impressed by how quick they were for the great job they did.Would give this company five stars and will tell my family and friends about them.

Dependable as well as excellent cleaning service. Owner is approachable, kind and understanding. I live out of state and they are helping my handicapped brother keep his place clean— they not only clean but they treat him with Gods love and respect. Best service I’ve used in Texas for years

I had them do a move out clean on my rental house. They were basically half the price of other services and did a fantastic job! They cleaned the ceiling fans, inside the oven, dishwasher, etc. Everything sparkled! I could not be happier with the price, quality and speed.

The good people with Bertha’s have been taking care of our house for over two years now. They do a great job. If you are looking for a cleaning service for your office or home look no further. They are hands down the best cleaning service in Johnson County.

We've been using Bertha's for almost 3 years now and can't say enough good things about them! They're easy to get a hold of, competitively priced, and wonderful at leaving our place spotless. We have 3 young kids, and having them clean routinely helps tremendously to have one less thing to worry about. The ladies are trustworthy and nice. We typically leave while they're cleaning, and we never have to worry about them being at the house by themselves. They even found my husband's lost wallet once (after we had looked for it for days), and they just set it on the dresser with everything still inside.
If you ever want something specific cleaned, you just have to ask, and they take care of it at the next cleaning.
This sounds like a paid review, but I can assure you it's not. We're just very happy customers!

I called Bertha’s to do a deep clean on my 2 bedroom apartment. Being disabled I’ve not been able to keep up with things as I used to and things got to where I didn’t know where to start. I called Bertha’s because of the reviews and because it is a family company. The price they quoted was fair. They had 3 extremely pleasant ladies work nonstop until it satisfied their high standards. They did above and beyond my expectations. I recommend them highly.

This company is fantastic! Del the owner is incredibly kind, respectful and professional. He and his team completed a detail clean of our 2500 sqft home including exterior windows and our house is sparkling! The clearing is very detailed and thorough. Highly recommend! We will be using them for recurring cleaning services moving forward.

Bertha's Cleaning did an amazing job on our home! We have 3 big dogs in the house so keeping it clean of dirt and hair is so hard but they did a great job deep cleaning and helping us feel fresh again. Highly recommend them!

Bertha’s has been a great company to work with. They have done a bi-weekly cleaning of our home for about a year now. Del and his staff have great communication in scheduling and his cleaning staff are top notch. Very reasonably priced. No complaints. 10/10 would recommend.

I was incredibly disappointed with the cleaning service, which displayed a shocking level of laziness and incompetence. The cleaners arrived late, took frequent breaks, and seemed more interested in their phones than actually doing their jobs. Basic tasks like vacuuming and wiping down surfaces were either done poorly or skipped entirely, leaving my home barely cleaner than before they arrived. They missed obvious spots, left supplies scattered around, and ignored specific instructions I had given in advance. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience that felt like a complete waste of money.

I have mixed emotions about this review. I needed help as a full time student after moving and my kid immediately going to the hospital for over a month. They definitely tidied up and took out trash and clutter but didn't necessarily CLEAN. Boxes were taken, counters were organized but a lot of things that were talked about getting cleaned didn't get cleaned like ceiling fans and vents as pictured. The worst part is I was told dishes were going to be done and instead of taking the extra 5 minutes to scrub them they were thrown in the dishwasher and turned on which clogged and flooded my appartment. My 200 dollar birthday present turned into a bill for damaged floors and a new dishwasher. If you just need help tidying I guess it's okay, I hope this was a freak accident.

UPDATE
I keep finding more and more that wasn't done or was done improperly, I can't recommend them at all and for a gift to myself that was 200 dollars should at least bring some peace and happiness but it has been a wreck from start to finish, I do not recommend, go literally anywhere else.
