The team detached the gutters before tearing off the old roof, fixed broken rafters and reinforced the attic framing, replaced any damaged decking where the framing was addressed for a solid base, handled some minor trim cosmetic repairs and replacements, then reattached the gutters seamlessly once everything was complete. They handled framing the soffits and exterior walls perfectly, added thorough waterproofing to prevent any future issues, installed beautiful James Hardie fiber cement siding, took the time to caulk and seal every gap and seam prior to painting for maximum protection, and topped it with two solid coats of exterior paint that make the whole place pop. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and explained every step. We hired Foster’s Construction & Roofing out of Colleyville for a full exterior update on our house in Bedford right before selling and they knocked it out of the park. We had an emergency meter base issue and they were on it right away — detached and reset it the same day. Then they did the full demo of the existing siding, completed the framing, added complete waterproofing and a vapor barrier, and installed the new siding with perfect caulking and paint prep. Foster’s Construction & Roofing in Colleyville did an outstanding job replacing the posts on our front porch today in North Richland Hills. They carefully removed the old posts, framed up new ones, wrapped them beautifully with Hardie trim materials, caulked everything with Sherwin Williams caulk, and finished with two coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald paint. The posts look clean, strong, and perfectly matched to the house. The crew was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless.
