Good job, reasonable, will continue using them for tree trimming on other trees

Always 5 stars with Southwest. I just used their services again to have some light trimming done and they came and went without a trace, other than the work that needed to be done.

Exceptional customer care from start to finish! My Salesman, Richard walked me through the job to a T, the crews showed up on time, all very professional, worked non stop until the job was complete to my satisfaction, and cleaned everything up back to new before they left.

In less than an hour their excellent crew took down a 30 foot magnolia including the stump that was infringing on my foundation and a dead bradford pear limb. They were so respectful and conscientious, every twig, leaf and sawing debris was cleaned up. I give them my highest recommendation.

Let me start by saying I am quite particular about my trees and lawn. I do all my own matenance, so hiring a service company is nerve racking. Will they do a good job? Will they take care not to damage my stuff? Will they be fair? With SWTS, I can definitively say YES to all. From my first phone call to the office, to the free estimate, to the completed service, I am more than happy. The job entailed everything from light prooning, to large tree removal, to stump grinding, to cleanup. EXCELLENT across the board. I'm certain I will need more tree work in the future, and I'm certain of who I will call. Thanks, SWTS. You did what you said you would do, and put my mind at ease.

Southwest Tree Service had several workers come take care of a large limb that fell into our yard from a tree behind our house. They were friendly, quick and did a great job at a competitive price.

The team at Southwest Tree Service has created a lifelong customer in us! Thankfully, there are still some companies around town that offer true, honest, old-fashioned customer service and follow through. When I first called Southwest Tree Service, I was in no real hurry to have my trees trimmed. I was really just calling around to get various bids. Tina never let anything fall through the cracks. I happened to catch them during a very busy time, so she called and emailed about once a week to check in with me and to update me on when they would be out to give me a bid.

A few weeks later they came to give me a bid, right on time as promised. We walked around the entire property discussing the job. The bid was extremely fair for the big job ahead.

They came out on the day we had agreed upon, again, right on time as promised. They were efficient and cleaned up everything they left behind. We were ecstatic with the work. Our yard never looked so good! All of the neighbors called us to ask what we had done to our home, it made it look totally different from the curb/street. Lifting the canopy on your trees is not only good for your grass and shrubs, but it gives your entire place a "landscape lift" (like a face lift!).

Southwest Tree Service is a company of integrity and professionalism, which is often hard to find these days. We will not only use them again, but we've already told all our family and friends about the wonderful service we received.

With the storms a couple of weeks ago I contacted Southwest. I was very pleased everything was explained, fairly priced and completed. They kept me up to speed on time for the project and weather delays. When they finished the trees looked GREAT and they cleaned up EVERYTHING. I was extremely pleased and felt I was treated fairly and with respect. Two neighbors came over admiring the trees now!!

Southwest Tree Service was recommended to me by a friend. I requested that they remove a large tree that hovered over the pool and thorough trimming in the backyard. The staff was very personable, knowledgeable and polite during the process. I was pleased when the crew arrived, on time, had good equipment, dressed professionally and ready to work. They were efficient, skilled and knew what they were doing. They did exactly what they said they were going to do including hauling everything off and cleaning up the area. They were reasonably priced and stayed true to the estimate. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.

Charles & his team did a FABULOUS job on our trees!

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Southwest Tree Service. The job was completed in a timely, professional manner at a very fairy price. The trees were pruned superbly! We are so glad we contacted Southwest Tree Service! Charles came out and gave us a great price for taking out one very large tree and an old dead one. Both were situated right next to the house and were a hazard to the house.
Their crew came out within 2 weeks and they were amazing. They got everything completed in one day. There was no damage to the roof or yard. They took a section of fence down to remove and grind the branches and trunks on the adjacent street. They put the fence back up and made it even more sturdy than it was.

The crew was great. I recommend these guys without any reservations.

Called Southwest Tree Service in Colleyville about a tree that has started to lean. We need it straightened and staked. They said one of their people would call the next day to to schedule a visit to look at it and provide a quote. A week went by without a call. I checked back thinking maybe they had lost my number, but they said no, they had just decided they couldn't help us. So they let a week go by without bothering to let us know they weren't coming, meanwhile this tree leans a little more every day.
