They were fantastic!

Bought a house and the seller left a disgusting amount of dirt & hair. Far too intense for a regular cleaning service to clean. The team here made our movie room work carpet and all the flooring look incredible and cleaned.

I had Eric come and clean all 4 rooms and a staircase and they were very stained and he did wonderful. He was diligent, thorough and quick. He worked with me on the right price for what I needed. Also, great customer service. I definitely will be using Master Cleaning again.

Salvatore and Fernando did an awesome job cleaning our couch, carpet, and rugs! Everything looks so much better and the house smells amazingly fresh. They were friendly, professional, and worked really efficiently. Definitely recommend them if you’re needing a good deep clean — worth it!

Had my house carpet cleaned today by Marco G. He did a fantastic job! Was able to do the quote and the cleaning on the same day. It was a very quick and easy process!

I called yesterday to get my carpet cleaned. I spoke to a woman fire but I couldn’t finish the conversation because my doctor called me for my check up. She was very kind and helpful. A couple hours lasted I spoke to a guy and again he had great customer service skills. He got me booked for the my 0800 appointment this morning.

I actually thought I’d oversleep because I stayed up packing until 0500 since I’m moving out. At 0840 Caleb arrived at my apartment. He called and woke me up and immediately apologized for waking me. I told him no problem I should’ve been up. He didn’t mind waiting outside while I through something on and put my dog up. He gave me a good handshake and looked at my room. Before taxes my total was 135.85 which included a deep scrub of my carpet and the removal of my German Shepherds fur. He was nice enough to wave the service call fee ($45). And gave me the military discount. After taxes I and the mandatory environmental fee I was charged $175.

With all of that said Caleb was quite pleasant. He made the carpet look like a miracle. I eventually aloud him to meet my fur baby and he played with him which was a bonus to me! I almost dropped my 75” the trying to disconnect it from my wall and he ran over just before it hit the floor. Thank you Caleb!!

This was my first time using Steam Master Cleaning and Restoration. I will definitely be a return customer! Marco Garcia was awesome! He and his partner were very detailed in what services were needed, the strengths and limitations. I did not feel pressured to add on any additional services and felt they were a honest company. Every year I have my carpets steam cleaned by a different company, and this year I have found the carpet cleaning company I plan to keep for ever!

Tyler cleaned the carpet with so much care and hard work that it is cleaner than it has ever been before! He is meticulous and careful when cleaning,, and very honest when quoting me a price.

Because of Tyler I will be calling this company next year when I need the carpet cleaning redone. No more random companies cheating me, this company, steam master cleaners, is one I plan to keep!

Amazing amazing job by the cleaner Joseph who was very professional and thorough with his work. We got our carpets cleaned and coated for all bedrooms and it all went great. Scheduling as well as reminders by the company were also very easy and made everything seamless. Would highly recommend!

Carlos and Kevin came out this morning to reclean my couch because of a lingering cat pee smell. We had gotten our couch cleaned a few weeks ago but I couldn’t tell if the smell didn’t fully go away or new pee was added. Carlos used a black light to identify areas of pee on the couch and cushions. He was great about listening to my concerns as well as explaining what could be done. Carlos was also nice about answering my questions and giving suggestions when he could tell I wanted to know what to do next time it happened.

Chris and George cleaned our sofas, chairs and our kitchen and entryway tile today. They were able to come in and give us a quote and do the work immediately. They made sure that all my questions were answered. They did a great job and were very friendly!

Great experience with Steam Master Cleaning. We have used them to clean our carpets twice now and are always happy with the results. We had some tough pet stains/odors in our closet and Carlos came back to eliminate those further and it smells/looks great!

SteamPro is the way to go! I called several companies in the area to get estimates and SteamPro was a fraction of the price for the same great service, if not better! My hardwood floors were scratched and damaged from my Great Pyrenees along with other scuffs and dirt and when he finished I felt like I was stepping on brand new floors! Cruz and José came out give me a quote and clean the upholstery on my couch after I could not get cat throw up smell out of it. They were very thorough. Did a great job cleaned up. Well very polite will definitely be using them again.
