Amazing response time from DFW Junk Removal. Within minutes we received an email notice for our request and got a call from the business to further discuss our project. After agreeing to their quote, we were immediately scheduled by their team and were at our house 48 hours later. We needed DFW Junk Removal to help us clear out a 2 bedroom condo full of furniture/misc items, and we couldn't be happier with their service! Had an excellent experience scheduling garden waste/tree trim removal with Jamie. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and followed up quickly with an estimate and scheduling. Edwin and Camilo (my service providers) were top notch. They gave me heads up when they were en route and arrived right on time. Both were friendly and kept me updated as they got things loaded. Edwin even went as far as apologizing for the leaves that were left behind and, despite my having ZERO expectations of that level of thoroughness, it really showed that they cared about their work. I’ll absolutely be using them again!
