Very Fast , professional service highly recommend

Called for water pipe leak occurring between road, pasture, and house. He was already tied up but was very helpful in telling me how to find the location. I really appreciated him taking his time to advise me. I will call again.

Excellent service from this company! They diagnosed and repaired my sewer line problems. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and charged a fair price. I can highly recommend them.

From the initial contact to discuss the projects needed, to the scheduling, and completion of the projects - all aspects were thorough, professional, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. All jobs were completed as planned - in a timely manner and reasonably priced. I have no reservation at all in recommending James and MPS for your plumbing needs.

There were some difficult issues that arose during the project and the plumbers from Marburger Plumbing analyzed the situation and fixed the issues on the spot. Honest and professional, Marburger Plumbing quickly diagnosed several issues we had, made repairs and upgrades and took great care of our old house. Friendly, respectful and trustworthy. They’ve got us through several freezes when pipes burst and recently re-plumbed the entire house to best protect us for winters to come. Highly recommended!

He didn't show up when scheduled and had a bad attitude. My wife's exact words "Nothing the plumber touched works correctly." I have 4 cold water angle stops under my kitchen sink now. I have never seen this, and I'm not sure why, I think it was a futile attempt to hook up my RO system to my ice maker? The angle stop for the dishwasher is lying at the bottom of the cabinet. Again, I have never seen this and am not sure why it was installed this way. I have brought this to their attention, and no effort/offer has been made to correct this. Judging by what he did at my house, these 5-star reviews didn't look at his work after he completed it or didn't know what they were looking at.

Because I was out of town and my wife requested extra work be done I have 4 cold water angle stops under my sink, and a hot water angle stop lying on the bottom of my cabinet? I was unaware I needed to be at the house to supervise your work? Additionally, you called me on 10/14/2024 at 3:19 PM to complain that my wife requested the RO be connected to the Icemaker, you also told me at this time it had been completed? While I was out of town you called me on 11/22/2024 and told me you had completed the job, and would send an invoice. You billed for the RO system being connected to the fridge waterline, and we have spoken/emailed several times and you have never offered an explanation for not installing the RO to the fridge? Should I continue to list all other items you did that were not completed correctly? IE stove install, and dishwasher install? You installed a natural gas stove on propane but didn't install the conversion kit that was attached to the back of the stove. Thank you for allowing my family to inhale propane while I figured this out. I am at a loss as to how I am out of town working, and you come to my house and do a crap job? I hope and pray that if you are ever out of town helping people recover from a disaster, and need to hire a trade they treat your wife/job better than you did mine. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas State Board of Plumbing.
