I've worked with other builders in this city but Carefree Homes really did a fantastic job bringing my vision to life and providing excellent service from beginning to end. Their attention to quality and craftsmanship is evident throughout our new home. Thank you, Carefree Homes, for creating our dream home!

Our Carefree design studio appointment was fantastic and memorable. Jennifer Rodriguez did an amazing job and going over our options and helping with selection colors when needed. We were not rushed and felt like the time we needed to make these big decisions was adequate. This is our second house with Carefree and this new modified design center studio was a great improvement and experience. Wish I could rate it an overall 10 stars! Good job!

I had been told and read reviews that the Carefree Homes Design Center was one of the best, and that the design coordinators were great at making the process clear and painless.
I was very happy when everything I had heard/read was absolutely true during my Design Appointment! This is the first time I've ever done anything like this and Mrs. Jennifer Rodriguez, the design coordinator who helped me during the process, was absolutely awesome to work with! There was an upgrade that I had in mind but was very time sensitive and she didn't hesitate to check on it to make sure it was still possible. Mrs. Rodriguez didn't push or sell me any upgrades, just presented the options and let me choose. She was very honest throughout the whole process and would offer advice whenever I got "stuck" with the design choices (I'm not a designer and sometimes its hard to visualize how an modification would turn out); again, she didn't push any extra upgrades, rather she understood what I was looking for overall and made suggestions based on designs she'd seen work before. Mrs. Rodriguez was fantastic to work with and so far my experience with Carefree Homes has been great!

ADVICE: Couple things I would recommend is to take pictures of everything during your Design appointment, even the standard choices or things you might be on the fence about, it'll help when you receive your priced Wish List. Also, if you're thinking about certain upgrades but aren't sure if it'd be cheaper to do it yourself after closing, add them to your Wish List so you can get a quote, but do all your research and find out the "do-it-yourself" cost BEFORE you get the Wish List with price quotes. When I received my Wish List with the quoted prices, I was only given a couple days before the final selections and money/deposit was due; so if you already had your own quotes, you're already ready to just compare and finalize. However, in my case, most of the quoted upgrades from Carefree were actually cheaper than if I waited and did them myself after closing.

My wife and I had a great experience at our Carefree design studio appointment. Many of the items we thought we would need to upgrade many designed items but come to find out most of our choices were so awesome and standard! Roxana was our designer and she was so helpful. Roxana explained everything as we went along, and overall it was a great day and one step closer to our new Carefree home.

Jennifer at the Design Center was so NICE! She has a great personality and made our New House make it feel like it was a HOME. She has great sense of style and extensive knowledge in what it takes to custom our new home to fit our style. Even through the virtual meetings she never hesitated to show us all the options we had as well as make great suggestions to help us through the meeting. Carefree has also been great with communication, as a 1st time home buyer I can honestly say that the process has been effortless and I feel great to have my home built by Carefree. #CountDownToClosing 😀

Thank you Carefree for helping us design our first home. Walking in to the design center my wife and I were nervous and overwhelmed with all the different options. After meeting with our designer Jennifer she made us feel welcomed and comfortable through out the process. She took the time to help us understand everything about our new property and get the most out of our experience. Till this day she takes the time to work with us with any questions or adjustments we have towards our design. We really appreciate the whole carefree staff for their services and patience. Thank you for helping us build our true home!

CareFree Homes has been a great experience. The designs of the homes and the quality of the build is what encouraged us to go with CareFree Homes. Pat and Mike have been welcoming each time we have gone to the main office to discuss options and sign paperwork. We went to the design studio today and worked with Karina who was wonderful walking us through all our option . We did not feel overwhelmed at all. These builders have been a breeze to work with!

Just had our Design Studio appointment (9/20/2019) and we had such a pleasant experience. Karina Lujan was very patient with us and understood its not an easy process to go through. She made us feel comfortable and confident in the decisions we ultimately made. I would also recommend Rene Acosta as he has also been very helpful and understanding to all the questions we have had so far. Overall i would greatly recommend Carefree homes for your home buying needs.

The carefree design studio is extraordinary! We worked with Roxanna and she was awesome! She made our experience wonderful and was very informative about every detail and question that we had for her. This is our second new home construction but the first with Carefree as our builder. Carefree is leaps and bounds ahead of our prior experience. Customer service is everything and Carefree has definitely established a lasting relationship with us!

Carefree Homes has been a blessing to our family. We got our beautiful home just the way we expected, it came with all new appliances and all the changes that we ask for were made thanks to the design center. We had the opportunity to be involved in every step of the making of our house and the materials used in it something that a lot of builders don't do Our salesman Rene Acosta and the superintendent Memo made the process smooth and perfect. Our family is in love with our new home. I would recommend Carefree to all the families that are seeking for a new home and want something well made and people who make you feel like family this is the builder for you. My wife and I would like to thank CareFree Homes for their outstanding service since day one. First, I would like to thank Pat and Mike Sanchez for their patience and excellent treatment. They were able to answer all our questions without hesitating. They made my wife and I feel at home when we didn't even have our house yet. They are great people who care about their customers. They are proactive, knowledgeable, and always think about their customers.

On November 11, 2019, we visited the Design Center; at that point, we were nervous because we were about to design our forever home. There, we met Jennifer and right away, we knew we're in the right hands. Jennifer knows what she is doing. She is helping people like us who are making a lifetime decision. She was able to answer all of our questions and answered them all with a smile. She definitely made it all a very smooth process.

I would like to say that the installations and products at the Design Center are world-class quality. At first, it seems a little overwhelming, but Jennifer guided us in designing our home. We are really excited, and cannot wait to move into our brand new CareFree Home to move into our brand new CareFree Home.

Going to design our home was a blast! Jennifer was very helpful and informative about how different designs went together and how it would essentially go together. We are very excited about moving into our new home! We pretty much were able to pick everything that we would like to upgrade and change to make our house into a forever home! I would highly recommend carefree homes just in general due to the design studio and what they have to offer!

Ruben Valles was our sales consultant and he was exceptional. He was honest and upfront about the process, was present at every step, and communicated well the entire time. The home itself is well built and includes many quality of life improvements.

Best home I've ever had. They don't allow many modifications as they are not a custom home builder but the craftsmanship is on point. Customer service is also amazing. I had a fortune home after my carefree home and I found that they don't even compare. Fortune Homes was falling apart from the start and the carefree home was well built. I miss my carefree home.

We closed on our home today. From start to finish Ruben Valles has been the most amazing and attentive person to work with. He answered his phone even on his days off and honestly showed the most compassion and understanding to us. He has been honest, straightforward and stood by his word. Thank you again Ruben!
