Wilson's has excellent response time, great tech's, very knowledgeable...was able to diagnose problem, make repairs and get us back online meeting all expectations.

Wilson’s has been great to work with. They are knowledgeable, informative, & respectful. I felt very comfortable while they were here at my house.

They were able to send someone out fairly quickly. The repairman diagnosed and fixed the problem in a short amount of time, and he was very pleasant. We will definitely call them again if the need arises.

Wilson's Heat & Air came out today for a repeat visit for my mini split. They were more than fair in addressing my issue and I do recommend. Gabriel showed up, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. He worked tirelessly to identify the root cause of my problem. THANK YOU!!

Wilson Heat and Air were great! They communicated well, did excellent work, and showed up when they said they would. There was an error with the system that I had purchased (not from them) and they helped me figure out how to make it right. I highly recommend them.

Just finished a service call with Gabriel. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it.
I'm so impressed with his professionalism. He was here when he said he would be. He made sure I understood everything and he cleaned up after all work was done.

Gabriel and his assistant Rodney installed our Mini Split system on 8/20/2024. They really did a good job. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. I strongly recommend Wilson's Heat & Air to anyone want to install a Mini Split system.

The two guys were very prompt in getting here. Got calls saying they were on their way. Did a great job and it did not take too long . They explained about other things I asked them about. In the future if I choose to have something else installed, Wilson’s will be the 1st ones I call.

They are a solid company, reasonably priced, trustworthy, and just good people. They have shown up for us when others haven't or who were going to do work that wasn't needed at a way higher bid. They are our go to HVAC company

We used Wilson’s A/C to purchase our new unit and install it. They did an amazing job, even when we were having trouble with the new unit they came back 4 or 5 times until the issue was fixed. I would recommend everyone use Wilson’s because they truly stand behind their products and their work. We wore Cody out but he never got frustrated one time with us, which speaks volumes!! Thank you Wilson’s for the amazing job you do and for having the patience with us and finding and fixing the issue.

Very happy with the service that we received from Wilson’s. They scheduled same day service and arrived after 6pm on a Friday no less. After checking my systems they performed annual maintenance on both outdoor and indoor units. Definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future.

I haven’t used them, but if I ever have a problem I will. I was at Hooten’s today struggling to find a thermostat and one of their employees was like an angel!! Helped me out and now my house is cooling off very fast! I didn’t catch your name, but God knows, Thank you🙌🏻

The folks at Wilson’s did a large 2 day rework to fix issues left undone by the original installer of the system. Showed up when they said they would and completed the job as expected and showed me their work. I’ve found my heating and ac guys and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!
