Bryan Air Conditiong and heating has always been prompt. They have serviced our HVAC system for many years and are reasonable and honest. Will not recommend work that does not need to be done. They installed my daughter's new unit and did it quickly and reasonably. I always recommend them to my clients.

Super simple repair call consisting of adding 4 pounds of freon and 6 feet of straight run pvc condensate pipe. I was shocked when I got a bill for $694.03. Talked to Brad, and he said he was going to refund $100‐120. A month later, and nothing. I suggest getting an estimate before any work is performed.

All I wanted was this blown capacitor replaced. Hanging up on a potential customer is poor customer service & rude. If you dont have the skills I understand.
