We worked with Munoz Excavation on multiple Pool projects. Each had their mistakes, but as they were a growing small business, we stuck it out with them in an effort to help them grow.

One project they completely excavated $1,000 worth of benches AND left the vast majority of trash dirt on site. Marcos promised to come back and clean it up and haul it off. He didn't. Ghosted.

On another, they missed a bench depth by 11" that had me pay Steel to dig down to proper grade BY HAND.

On the third, they were scheduled and lined out to do the job. Missed multiple start dates before finally ghosting me, forcing me to hire another excavator to do the project.

As stated above, they never went back and cleaned up the project they cost me $1,000 for their inability to read plans, and left most the spoils on site.

I forgot, I also referrer them to the customer on the job where they excavated the benches and left most of the spoils. Customer states their primary concern was getting a check before he'd even seen the work.

I really did like Marcos, but their handling of these projects is unacceptable.

Sadly, they are incapable of quality work and do not honor any obligations.

JUST FOUND OUT ONE PROJECT IS 1' OUT OF SQUARE!!

Don't waste your time. Despite extended olive branches.....NOTHING.
