Zach at Comfort Air was very knowledgeable about the air conditioning system in my house. He gave me lots of ideas about how to lower my electric bill and how to make my air-conditioning more efficient. He was polite and answered all my questions. He did not try to push any extra services into his explanation. He showed me pictures of the ductwork in my attic and used a thermal camera to show me the differences in temperatures within my house. I trust his company to give me the best product and stand behind their service.

Daniel and Trevor were courteous, efficient and fixed the problems in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Justin did a great job getting our a/c running on a hot day. He was very courteous and quick getting our system running and answered my questions.

Nathaniel was professional and friendly, he did a great job installing an additional outlet for my freezer. I recommend Comfort Experts for all your electrical needs!

Jake was above and beyond very helpful. We choose him to be out Tech if we can pick our own.

Alex was friendly and professional. The crew was quiet and cleaned up very well after their work was done. All members of the crew were nice to my dogs. He explained all the work that was done, showed me pictures and explained why they moved from one size duct to another. When they left, he made sure I understood what work was done and insured that the house was clean. I would have that crew in my house again to make repairs.

My experience with Comfort Experts was very good. We were able to schedule a tech to come out the same day. The technician was friendly (and talkative) and gave a knowledgeable report of the issue, then showed me the readings spent time explaining why they were bad and why he came to his conclusions. I needed a new system. The salesman did a great job of explaining our options with the pros and cons of each. Their professionalism sealed the deal. They were able to schedule the install for two days after the purchase. The techs that installed the system were just as friendly and professional as the others. They finished the installation in one day, so we hada cool air and a new system for that night.

Thank you for your help and quickly responses to fix our system.

The system stopped working, so we called them back out. Justin Pennington came out to assess the issues and was able to fix the problem to get the system working again. It was very knowledgeable he kind of snow what was going on and explained what he was doing.

I'm still very pleased with Custom Experts. They sold us a good system and they backed it up!

I called this evening, worried that our a/c was not cooling our home and hoping for an appointment within the next week. Shocked, I was given an appointment TONIGHT?!? Arriving at 10:30pm, Ryan got our a/c running properly & then took the time to hose out our air filters!!! Just in time for the upcoming 100°+ weather. Thank you, Ryan!! Quick response, prompt, efficient, explained the issue, professional = Happy Cool Customer.

Comfort Experts were great!
I noticed in late afternoon on a hot summer day (a Sunday no less) that the house was getting warmer, then noticed the AC wouldn't even kick on.
I called their after hours office line & they had someone out very quickly.
The technician, Garrett, was polite, knowledgeable & ensured I understood what was happening & what he needed to do throughout. I trusted what he was telling me based on my limited knowledge from hearing my dad's conversations (a former Heat & AC technician), no "single lady at the mechanic shop" shenanigans.
I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises in the future.

Kellen came to our home to diagnose an issue of not cooling very well. He serviced our unit inside and out. The service & the diagnostic was only $17.00
He diagnosed our outside Trane system as struggling to maintain an efficient cooling to the inside unit (the compressor was on its way out).
The inside unit was diagnosed that there a few pinholes in the condenser.
He suggested a new more efficient unit inside and outside.
We agreed, he told us that a representative ‘Don ’ would be over later that afternoon to help us pick our new unit. There was no high pressure sales at all.
Two technicians ‘Chris & Alex’ came over Saturday to install our new system.
They worked for eleven hours taking the old units out and installing the new system.
They both asked if there any questions we may have at each step of the installation.
The new Amana system comes with a lifetime warranty, that’s almost not heard of in this day and age. Alex explained that if we have any problems in the future that we are covered.

Comfort Experts is now my go to A/C company.

Danny was FANTASTIC! Did such a great job fixing our AC problem and then went above and beyond making sure we would not run into any other problems! Could not recommend him enough!!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable young men. They did an excellent job on our routine check up. Highly recommend this company.

Prior to moving into our home, I called Comfort Experts Inc to have our a/C inspected and serviced. Technician Colby F. arrived on time, inspected & tested the system, thoroughly cleaned areas outside that needed attention, took photos and explained his process & findings. He made several suggestions for improvements. This was a positive experience. Colby was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I will be calling Comfort Experts for HVAC service in the future.

Garrett was one of the best technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He did a phenomenal job servicing two of our properties. Throughout his time at our home, he was professional, punctual, patient, and honest. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the work being done.

Garrett is a very respectful young man and just a good person overall. He even took the time to talk with us, and we never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything extra.

Cody was absolutely amazing! Not only did he find the issue and fix it but he also gave me lots of information about how to care for and operate the a/c unit in our new home. I am so appreciative of the time he took to show me what was wrong and explain everything to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone i know and would hope to get him again if i run into anymore issues.
