The crew, including John, was polite and worked efficiently in the Texas heat. After the repair, we noticed some water coming in around the chimney flashing, which meant we had to get another contractor out to check on that. We understand that with a roof that’s a few years old, these things can happen, especially after work is done on a metal roof. We don’t believe your crew caused the problem, and we appreciate Nolan’s honest explanation that the leak was not expected or related to the screw replacement. From the first phone call to request an estimate on reroofing our church. The Ladies in the office were helpful. Veto was thorough and gave me the 3 - 6 different estimates/ options that I needed to take to the board that worked within our budget and made their decision so much easier. Once the decision was made we were able to schedule them to begin quickly. Sergio and his crew were excellent, cleaning up at the end of the day you could not tell they were in the middle of deconstructing the old roof or I. The middle of reroof.
