PHI does it again. Quick service. Tech was completely professional. Got the problem fixed and gave me some preventative stuff to keep the problem from happening again.

The personnel at PHI are top notch. They know their business and are always respectful and professional. They get the job done in a timely manner and leave things neat and clean when they’re done.

I have been in my house for 3 days In 90° weather without AC and have been trying to call many different HVAC companies to help me figure out which type of part I needed to get to fix it and none of them could answer the phones or have the time to help. But I decided to call PHI Heat & Air and Chris answered right away and gave great customer service to help me figure out which type of blower motor I needed to get my AC running again. Great Service, fast, and very trust worthy company, for sure recommend.

Called Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday. Was told they would be there between 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Bobby and Vaughn was there before 11 a.m. They diagnosed the problem with the unit quickly and had it running in less than an hour. I highly recommend them.

These guys were at my neighbors house and I arranged for the technician to come to my house as soon as he was done. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in short order and at a reasonable price. Thanks for the prompt response.

Chris went above and beyond for us!! He installed a heat pump to our AC unit to heat our pool. They were here for hours making sure everything was not only working properly but, that it would heat the pool. Top notch service and great guys to do business with.
