Sergio came to my rescue at 8:30pm when our ac unit gave up! He figured out the problem, ordered the part and was back at my house fixing it at 9am the next day! Amazing customer service and such a caring heart!

Wow! Amazing!! Our heater stopped working and less then 24 hours later Too Cool Air was there and it was fixed. They were on time and reasonable pricing. I also use Too Cool for yearly maintenance. Thank you Too Cool Air!

Great experience! Not only did Sergio and Victor fix the A/C but he was able to explain why it broke in the first place and how he adjusted the airflow so it will not break prematurely again. AND, he did it for less than 2 of the 4 bids I had procured for the problem.

Wow! Incredible experience with Too Cool. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He Came by a few days ago, on a Saturday (his father in laws birthday) to figure out why our AC stopped working. He was quick to find out it was a major fix. Luckily our property manager approved the fix two days later. And Too Cool were quick to repair. Huge thanks to these guys 👏👏👏

I called Too Cool Air yesterday and was thankful they had availability the next day. My upstairs unit wasn’t blowing out any hot or cold air. Sergio found the issue, fixed it and ensured both units were running properly. Super thankful that he was able to get it fixed with colder temperatures at night.

Sergio serviced our work order quickly and was flexible with when he could arrive at our house. We had another hvac issue 2 weeks later and called Sergio again to fix the issue, he showed up quickly and diagnosed the issue. Nice guy and communicates expectations well. We will call him again for future hvac needs!

As a former HVAC business owner I cannot say enough about how great this company is. The service was outstanding, making my 2 systems run like they did when they were new, prices were incredibly fair and the techs could not have been more knowledgeable. I will never call anyone else again!

Sergio did a fantastic job serving my AC/Heater - it's never been serviced before and apparently something in the heater was turned up to high that could cause a potential CO2 leak, but Sergio caught that and was able to adjust. Super friendly and awesome heat contractor.

My ac broke but thankfully Sergio came by and did an amazing job got back up and running. He was extremely polite and went above and beyond a big thank you goes out to him for fixing it especially in this Texas heat.
