Jim was very helpful in locating us a blower Motor. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism. I will be using him in replacing my furnace and coil in the near future.

Made the call today (05-20-24) to have my A/C unit serviced. Jim gave me a time frame he would arrive, call right at the time he said he would arrive. Jim went straight to work as he arrived, thanks for the excellent work Jim!

Had No idea what was wrong with my AC, and I called Jim. He asked me a few questions and said it was most likely the condenser but he would be out around 2PM and diagnosed and repair my AC. He arrived 2 1/2 hours earlier and I wasn't home. He called me and said that it was indeed the condenser and was replacing it. I got home about 25 minutes later. The repair was completed. He showed me the bad condenser, and areas that needed work in the future (not immediate) but to make serive call within a few month to keep the system from breaking down. Now came the payment....it was extremely reasonable! Same Day, Expert Service, and Extremely Friendly! Definitely has a customer for life! Thanks Jim!

I was very impressed with Jim’s honesty and quality for the price. This will definitely be my go-to service from now on. I have multiple houses and have dealt with a lot of disreputable people. Not only did Jim come on a Sunday over a holiday weekend, but he only charged the regular service fee which was more than reasonable. If you need an honest Airconditioning service, this is the one. I made a call elsewhere and they couldn't help me till a week or so. So I called Jim's Air Conditioning & Heating and he made that afternoon. After looking at my unit, a part was replaced, and I'm in a cool house again. Thank Jim!

Jim replaced my 2 ac units and heater recently. First off, I would like to express how nice Jim is and explained everything I needed to know about my whole system in very good detail. Jim was honest and kept a great line of communication during the whole process. Once the installation began Jim and his crew worked diligently over the course of 2 days during crazy rainy weather. The entire crew was respectful, polite, and hard working! The new system is awesome and works wonderfully! They replaced some of my ducts and hung them out of the way and put service in correct and now I have so much more room in my attic. I couldn't be more happy about the work they performed! The whole experience working with Jim and his crew was Top-Notch and I would HIGHLY recommend Jim's Air and Heat company to anyone who is looking for a HVAC technician! Great job Jim! Can't say enough of good thing about Jim and his company, he's helped my mother in law twice already and did a fantastic job, at a very great price. When he says he will be lower then all the other companies there is no lies there. He is a very reliable, trustworthy, skillful, responsible, and very respectful man. This company is the kind of company that you would feel very comfortable sending him to you elders house with no worries. I recommend Jim AC over and other company any day. Do yourself a favor and choice Jim's A/C as well.

We called several companies when we needed service on our unit, and Jim was the most professional. He was able to explain a game plan over the phone before seeing the unit. He let us know when he was on his way and was very respectful of our property, even putting shoe covers on to come in to our house. He was punctual and during the inspection and repair explained everything that was being done, and did it all for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend and definitely will be calling him if we ever need any other services on our unit!

My AC unfortunately died during 100+ degree weather with my wife and children at home. I called Jim and that same exact day he had us back up and running! What I really appreciated about him was his willingness to answer my questions during the troubleshooting process and to explain to me how the unit worked. So I had no doubt in my mind that he did all he could do before giving me the news that I needed a new condenser unit. Jim is very professional and most importantly HONEST. He gave me a great deal on the replacement unit with same day service. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working perfectly. Jim runs a local business with old school values and years of experience. As the owner, he comes in-person to evaluate your situation and is present when the actual work is being done. His bid was comparable to others but the fact that Jim (as the owner) was going to be on sight from start to finish is why I chose him. Put your AC/Heating issues in his care!!!

Jim is a very honest man who truly cares about his clients. He fixed the issues with my A/C at a reasonable cost, while other companies tried to sell me a new unit or tried to fix it for an exorbitant cost . He is very professional and his prices are fair. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Despite super busy schedules in the AC repair business right now, Mr. Gentry was able to service our system on the same day we called. He was extremely kind, professional and had the issue repaired quickly. We are very thankful that we’ve found Jim’s AC & Heating.

I have had several companies come out in the past 2 years. I finally found a truthful and honest company that did more than required to make sure I had cold air over the weekend and came back today to finish the job. All while charging me an honest fee.

It is so heart wrenching to think of how many companies lied to me and quoted me outrageous amounts all while saying they are doing it so cheap to help me all while double charging.

I will not use anyone else than Jim's company from now on. He is local and honest. Highly recommend

If you want old fashioned honesty, integrity and reasonable prices call Jim. He has helped me on two occasions at two different properties to get my ac units up and running. I didn't have to wait a week like other companies but got same day service. Thanks Jim!

Mr. Jim is the sweetest and most honest technician I have ever dealt with. We have used him numerous times over the last year and a half anytime our "very old" furnace/ac had issues. Recently, we have had a continuous problem with our AC and he came out and tried to troubleshoot the problem numerous times, and not even asking for a service fee after the initial maintenance. He truly cares about you and your situation and tries to help you the best that he can. He is 100% honest and will tell you if he can fix something or not, and he definitely will not overcharge. While we were on vacation I could not get in touch with him and I had to call someone else who charged me double the price for a part that Mr Jim would have charged us. He is not trying to take advantage of anyone like most people do these days. He is a truly caring and we'll even call\text you, check in on you, and take time out of his day to talk to you about your ac problem. I am so grateful for all the work that he did and how much he helped us.

Called Jim and set up an appointment. Jim sent me a text to say he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. Jim made an inspection and diagnosed the problem and offered several options on how to move forward. We discussed the pros and cons of each option and Jim reverted within a day of the pricing of each option. I then selected my preferred option, contacted Jim and we set up a follow up appointment. to make the equipment replacement.

On the appointment day Jim sent me a text saying he was on his way and he arrived at the agreed upon time. The time to make the equipment change was very close to the estimate Jim provided to me. I particularly appreciated how safely Jim and his team worked. Jim took the time to walk me through the system, advising me of what maintenance items I should take care of as a homeowner to achieve maximum performance and longevity of the new equipment. He welcomed my questions and answered them with simple explanations.

I had a very good experience with Jim and he is now my HVAC guy. I plan on more work for later this year and Jim will be performing that work.

Update January 2022: I contacted Jim in November to schedule replacement of the furnace and evaporator (inside HVAC equipment). Previously, Jim replaced the outside condenser unit. Jim did the research to find the correct furnace and evaporator match to the new outside condenser unit. Jim determined the existing duct work was in good shape and did not require replacement, but we did decide to add some new additional return-air ducts. We agreed the date and price (very reasonable) and Jim and his crew arrived as planned and completed the install within a day. This included some access improvements and safety features. I'm very pleased with the final installation and all has been working very well since the install. I plan to use Jim to perform semi-annual inspections and any required repair work. My home is located in Bayou Vista, Texas. I recommend Jim for your air conditioning and heating installation and repair services.

This job was a great experience from the beginning to end. I hired Jim to put in a complete system, AC/Heat. The contract left no questions and if there were any, Jim answered them for me. He was quick to respond as well as the install. Jim and his employees were very professional for the whole job. I would not recommend anybody other than Jim's Airconditioning and Heat!

Jim did an outstanding job and saved me a ton of money. He has a fantastic personality and considers all the various aspects of the air-conditioning and heating project so he doesn't needlessly spend your money on items that don't need repair or replacement. I've already used him again on the second property and I had the same excellent success. He was prompt and reasonably priced and I would highly recommend him if the need arises for air conditioning or heating repair or replacement.
