They came out same day to check out a Hoshisaki ice maker that wasn't making any ice. They were able to fix the machine right away at a great price and even threw in a free cleaning.

Repaired Wolf MW24 microwave (the newer 2007 model) waveguide cover. The replacement mica part SHAPCOVPB172MRP0 fit exactly as the original cover part. Order delivered on time and as described. Factory Appliance Service provide good value.

Jaime was able to fit us in his schedule to stop the leak from our refrigerator and come back when the replacement part came in. He was resourceful in finding the part quickly.

My Viking microwave stopped working. I called Factory Appliance Service LLC and Joseph was sent as the technician to diagnose the problem. Joseph found the problem, ordered the part and came back out to replace defective part. He was very professional and took great care with my counters, cabinets and the microwave. Great customers services and I would highly recommend Factory Appliance for your appliance service needs. I called to schedule an appointment and received the appointment for the same day. The time window I was provided for my appointment the technician arrived within that window very impressive.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable about our Thermador refrigerator. He found the part that was causing our compressor to not work and replaced that. A small deal for him but a big deal for us not having to look for a whole new and expensive unit. Thank you!
