Lone star came on time as they said they would and promptness is important to me. They were very quick to do the job and friendly in their service. I would say use Lonestar if you need to get the job done!

Jacob and David did a great job inspecting and repairing our chimney. They are very knowledgeable of their work and did a great job explaining the scope of the work involved.

Edgar and his helper came out to fix some cracks on the exterior of my chimney and clean out the stack. He was kind, professional and explained every step. Excellent service and work!

Great service and transparent about cost. Friendly and no upselling. Honest about what was actually needed and not just trying to sell more services. Edgar was very upfront and honest about what was needed. Will be using them again when cleaning is needed.

They did a great job! They thoroughly cleaned the fireplace, added new embers, sealed and replaced trim on the chimney. They inspected everything and gave me options for repairs without being pushy. I feel comfortable using my fireplace and will definitely use them again.

Lone star came to do an inspection for my new construction house up in the side of north and give me a quote for installing my fireplace and installing a liner and a chase pan + cap, as a contractor I understand a little bit in the process so it was easy to see that they know what thery are doing .
I got 3 quotes from 3 different companies in the area and lone star chimney gave me the best price , Eli was also really respectful and helpful with he’s explanation and suggestions.
The crew came in the morning and did the job super quick, after they done everything looked amazing and in a good working order !

Lone Star Chimney did a great Job with the cleaning/sweeping of my fireplace. Found a few repairs that needed to be done and also advised on the replacement of logs to get everything looking great again. Everything feel brand new!!!

David was extremely knowledgeable and provided a thorough evaluation and explanation of everything needed to convert our wood-burning fireplace to a gas logs system. Nayar was professional and provided rapid service installing the propane gas line without tearing up the yard. David and Jacob provided great communication and customer service when installing our gas fireplace and replacing our hail damaged chase with a new custom-made chase. I highly recommend this company!

Jacob from Lone star chimney was the only company that was able to provide services the same day. Upon inspection of the fireplace, there was actually a lot more going on than expected. They provided a fair quote and completed the full restoration the following day. We are extremely happy with the work provided. They were quick and efficient and couldn’t be happier. All around a five star company. Thank you for helping us in a pinch, the dead squirrel smell was unbearable to say the least.

I contacted several companies before Lone Star Chimney and Val and his team were hands down the most thorough in explaining the issues and walking through the repair process. Val and Julio did a great job of making the necessary repairs. Communication was clear throughout the entire process. The outside work has been completed and I will be engaging Val and his team again to complete the interior work.

Hired Lonestar to repair my chimney and redo the cap up top. After they completed that, I decided to purchase a new fireplace system and enclosure. The choices were beautiful so it was hard to choose, but I went with the textured black Colombia doors. I’m very pleased with the product, install, and most of all - the service. Val was a great technician and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything that I didn’t need. Glad I gave them my business!
