Excellent service, on tme and fair price. Mr.Rene was very friendly, he found and solve problem in minutes.

The service technician, Albert does an excellent job of explaining what work he is going to perform and what are some energy efficient practices you can deploy at home as well. He has pictures too, for the visual person like me.

Pilo was very nice, caring and empathetic. He was prompt to respond. He knows the AC business well and the price was very reasonable

Mr. Rene Garcia helped my family and I set up a brand new AC unit. He provided us with a quote at the beginning and with his reasonable and affordable pricing, we were able to have him and his team over for the installation. The installation process was a breeze. Every change that was made Mr. Garcia made sure to let us know why it was being done. After the installation was completed, he walked us through everything. With the new technology, I am now able to control our AC via my phone.

I will definitely recommend him for any AC problems you may have. He is quick to respond via text/call/email. No need to look further, Mr. Garcia is the AC man!

Mr. Garcia was knowledgeable and honest. He recommended a fix, while another company had immediately pushed me towards buying a brand new system before conducting a full diagnosis. It is difficult to find anyone willing to work on things instead of pressing sales, but Mr. Garcia clearly put our family and budget ahead of a big sale. Because of that, they will be my first call when the time comes to replace our systems.

This company came to my rescue when I was building a new house. The contractor abandoned my project and I needed a certified licensed company to come in and finish the install for AC and a gas furnace install so the permitting department would be able to come and do an inspection. It passed inspection the 1st time. That was a few years ago and I have not had a single problem since he finished and I have experienced record heat and cold cold winters since. His company will be coming out to do my yearly inspection.

Pilo's came out on very short notice and helped fix our A/C on a weekend when it went out unexpectedly during hot weather. They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

GREAT WORK!!! A lighting storm knocked the power out and shorted my AC unit. I called Alberto to come out and check. He diagnosed the problem and let me know the compresser was blown out. I had a 14yr old unit and gave me the pricing for fixing the part and the entire system. Since my unit was old I decided to go with a new system. They were able to gather the materials and parts and install the new system within 2 days. These guys were great to work with. On time, professional and took the time to explain the issues and process. Highly recommend 👌 This was also in the middle of summer. Thank you guys!

I have consistently used Pilo's A/C now for about 2 years, both for AC maintenance and now for duct vent repair. My condominium is super strict in selecting who they allow for maintenance and repairs. My condominium selects to make sure that the workers are insured, licensed and professional. Pilo's meets all three criteria and to top it off, they have always been honest, courteous and competitive in what they offer. They are highly skilled and their expertise is evident in their work. They are always my first choice.
